I had an earlier model but like the new features on this model. It has two user profiles and it tells you what needs attention. Most importantly it stops and tells you when you need to add coffee beans. My previous Philips model didn’t and continued to grind and make coffee without any beans.! My only complaint is that it’s much pricier.

Have had this for several years now and it keeps on working at the same quality of coffee or espresso. Would recommend it to anyone.

Great with espressor beans, however. It does not work with ground coffee as advertised. You'll only end up using a few settings since basically everything is the same. The portions are very small. It is extremely hard to find a good foam to espresso ratio. Seems like theres always too much cream or too little. Tough to say its worth one thousand dollars. Maybe if the ground function worked and it stayed a little cleaner.

I recommend this appliance highly. The price tag is the only complaint, but for what you get it may be worth every penny. If you are someone who enjoys coffee, you will be floored by the tech inside this machine. Starbucks adds up quick if you are a weekly customer. This pays for itself. Fresh ground coffee with each cup has been a life changing experience.

It seems (after a month) to live up to its promise. Other than being a bit loud (I’m pretty sure most of these are though the newest model might be better), it’s great. Keeping it all going is easy and so far we are quite pleased.

I think it is a very good coffee maker, the best thing is that it only heats the milk that you will need, we have been using it for about 4 months and we use it every day and we have not yet had to buy the water filter. Very practical and we have saved a lot on buying coffees

Only one week in but absolutely love it as an obsessed cappuccino drinker. Replaced two DeLonghi machines that broke down. This was $300 less than the DeLonghi in store and so far I like it much better. Easy to operate and customize drinks. Ran about 30 espresso shots through it before drinking any.

Works great and the flavor is the best. Easy to use.

Excellent product. The coffee is amazing! There are options to make expressos, cafe americanos, cafe au lait, lattes and much more! This has eliminated the need to purchase coffee at a shop! Saves the family a ton of money!

This machine is heaven!!!! I was rushing to go to Starbucks every morning before work for coffee and this machine has helped me so much! Your will not regret in buying this it is a great investment.

I owned this for 1 month and so far, so good. I like the easy of use. There is a learning curve to determine how you like your drinks, but that was expected. Cleaning is easy.

It’s only been a month since I purchased this, but I love it. Only 1 small wish, would be the water tank was bigger. If you drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day you realistically need to refill the tank daily.

I love this machine. Makes great tasting coffee. Only downside would be when making a drink using the milk frother it really cools down the coffee. I need to put the drink in the microwave to get the temp I want. Even with this I would highly recommend it.

Works well - better than expected. The coffee is perfect every time and the milk frother is a game changer. Self cleaning feature is really helpful and all other features make coffee drinking a fun experience.

For those like me who live for a great morning coffee without the time to fo all the needed steps. Basically ine button push once you get it like you want.

You dont like coffee buy this machine and you will like coffee, coming from someone who has abstained from being a coffee drinker for 40 years.

Really like this machine. It produces a foamy, European style coffee I really like. It’s super easy to use. My only complaint is better setup insteuctiins would be helpful.
