It does the job well, the taste of the espresso could be better but because is a super automatic has limitations. I like the fact it is so easy and fast to clean that compensates other factors. The quick clean works a little bit weird as the milk container needs to be empty otherwise your milk will get mixed with the dirty water used to clean. Otherwise I like it.

This is a compact machine, easy to use. Good substitute for our old Phillips machine

I wanted to love this super auto machine especially having one in the past. I had recently came from using a Nespresso for a while and I must say for the price - it doesn’t match up. Makes ok coffee even with it being used for about a month. I’ll be returning it and getting another Nespresso.

Like the title. Makes good enough coffee roughly 50-60% of the time. The other half of the time was less than passable for me so i decided to return and get a breville barista touch. I know breville barista series isnt a “true” professional level machine, but the flexibility (able to dose, use wdt, tamp etc) and consistently getting good coffee was well worth the investment for me. L

Been using it daily and the experience has been phenomenal.

The coffee flavor is very good. If you like lots of choices: latte, cappacino, americano, ristretto it’s very good. The problem that is not solvable is the temperature of the milk. It’s just not hot enough. You will have to put in a microwave to increase temperature. It’s too bad because it’s very convenient. Oh ya, the De’Longhi competitor to this model has the same problem. I ended up buying a an espresso machine w auto grinder and manual frother and I am very happy.

I purchased this coffee machine for almost 1000 total dollars from best buy.com so i expect it to be brand new as i am purchasing it brand new. Best buy sent me a used item with coffee grinds all over the machine and in the package. This is extremely disappointing because i paid good money for this item for it to be used. Even on the box they taped over the previous owners shipping label. Luckily i opened the packed when it was delivered because i was excited to show my husband as it was for his birthday in two weeks but imagine if i never opened it. It would have gone past the return time... Smh

Made good drinks, broke after two months. Water poured out of the bottom every time you would use it.
