Easy to use, clean and maintain. consistency is very good. mill frothing actions is excellent. we used plant-based Soy milk, almond milk and coconut milk. everyone is giving excellent coffee

It makes pretty good coffee compared to others. I've got a problem with machine after one year but service from Best buy solved it really fast. Can recommend it.

It actually makes coffee faster than our old Keurig - even with the grinding process. The Milk Frother is a game changer and doesn't feed from the same spout as the coffee, so it keeps the milk (and, awesome, the hot water) from smelling like coffee for the non-coffee drinker in our household. LOVE THIS ITEM.

Really pricey but I believe it will save money in the long run. Really never have to go to the coffee shop again. Easy to use once you watch a few videos from owners. Note, the drip tray needs to be dumped almost daily if you use it multiple times a day. Love the fact that it knows the right mix of drinks and also easy to clean. No tubes that you have to clean out or anything.

Does not taste as good as a manual machine, but the purpose of this machine is ease of use. Build quality is nothing special, lots of thin plastic. For something so expensive the build quality should be more premium. Also a little bit of a pain to clean out the brew group.

The 4400 is significantly quieter than the 4300. In the long run you save a ton of money buying Whole beans over individual pods and the quality is much better. Only thing I would change: The smoked lid is a little to dark to see through so you have to take it off to see the beans location and amount remaining.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This machine is very nice, and I love how the LCD screen gives you a clear indicate of the "status" of machine, even walking you step by step on how to resolve an alarm like "adding water" - you get a literal visual on how to do it. Onw thing I don't like, and I could be wrong, but I have made over 50 espresso shots with this machine is that no matter what coffee beam I am using, I don't get "pucks" but rather wet slop of grounds in the brew chamber. I have an open ticket with Philips support, but I need to catch them one day when I am not busy at work. Aside from this, the machine is very quiet, the LatteGo mike container is easy to clean in the dishwasher, and the milk never actually touches the machine! This machine can make 12 different beverage options, and I like that warm up time is about 30 seconds from power on to "ready to brew". All in all, I am content but I will follow up with Philips Support to find out why I am not getting the "pucks" I am expecting.

Not sure why machine promotes being quiet because it seems kinda loud so somewhat incongruent messaging. Saves lots of money on morning coffee !

Awesome espresso machine!

Setup looked a little daunting at first but the step by step menus walked us through everything with no issues. Now we’re just trying out all the drinks and finding new favorites!

Led display makes it easier to adjust the settings. User profile is a plus as wife and myself enjoy different levels of coffee. Priced fair compared to other expresso machines
