We were lucky to pick up this super new model (4400) from our local BestBuy in Winter Garden, FL - the store manager helped us decide and we couldn't be more pleased. It actually makes coffee faster than our old Keurig - even with the grinding process. The Milk Frother is a game changer and doesn't feed from the same spout as the coffee, so it keeps the milk (and, awesome, the hot water) from smelling like coffee for the non-coffee drinker in our household. LOVE THIS ITEM.

Love it. Really pricey but I believe it will save money in the long run. Really never have to go to the coffee shop again. Easy to use once you watch a few videos from owners. Note, the drip tray needs to be dumped almost daily if you use it multiple times a day. Love the fact that it knows the right mix of drinks and also easy to clean. No tubes that you have to clean out or anything.

Its been very good so far. Its far more quiet than the previous model that i used to have. Has more features and makes more coffee variant. Love it.

This machine is very nice, and I love how the LCD screen gives you a clear indicate of the "status" of machine, even walking you step by step on how to resolve an alarm like "adding water" - you get a literal visual on how to do it. Onw thing I don't like, and I could be wrong, but I have made over 50 espresso shots with this machine is that no matter what coffee beam I am using, I don't get "pucks" but rather wet slop of grounds in the brew chamber. I have an open ticket with Philips support, but I need to catch them one day when I am not busy at work. Aside from this, the machine is very quiet, the LatteGo mike container is easy to clean in the dishwasher, and the milk never actually touches the machine! This machine can make 12 different beverage options, and I like that warm up time is about 30 seconds from power on to "ready to brew". All in all, I am content but I will follow up with Philips Support to find out why I am not getting the "pucks" I am expecting.

Love how it is easy to use and not very noisy. Don’t expect complete silence but a minimal amount of silence

Cool one touch drink making. Easy to clean and use. Not sure why machine promotes being quiet because it seems kinda loud so somewhat incongruent messaging. Saves lots of money on morning coffee !

Fantastic coffee maker. I own the 4300 also at my home. The 4400 is significantly quieter than the 4300. In the long run you save a ton of money buying Whole beans over individual pods and the quality is much better. Only thing I would change: The smoked lid is a little to dark to see through so you have to take it off to see the beans location and amount remaining.

It’s a lot of options and easy to use and very high quality

Awesome machine. Does espresso and so much more hot and cold coffee drinks. Setup looked a little daunting at first but the step by step menus walked us through everything with no issues. Now we’re just trying out all the drinks and finding new favorites!

Upgraded from the 3200. What a difference. Led display makes it easier to adjust the settings. User profile is a plus as wife and myself enjoy different levels of coffee. Priced fair compared to other expresso machines

Bought as a gift for my coffee snob husband. He loves the ease and uses machine daily. Easy set-up and cleaning. Love this machine and the variety of drinks available.

I mean it makes decent coffee and has lots of options . The downfalls are 1. cant fit a travel cup under it 2.takes forever to brew one cup of coffee 3. its loud 4. plows through beans I would recommend this unit if you only drink one cup of coffee or if you were to use it for here and there. If you're an everyday coffee drinker that likes to have a few cups , I'd look elsewhere

Produces excellent drinks and easy to use. Has many drink options and also has hot water and steam milk options in case you're making tea or hot chocolate. Very happy with this.

Excellent machine. Make sure u get the insurance. Mine broke/ had some issues just at 11 months. I replaced it with no cost.

Loving this automatic espresso machine ! Definitely takes some time to find your perfect adjustments for how you like your drink , but then it is easily saved to your profile. Takes brewing quite a few shots (maybe 50 or so) before making a strong brew. The key is putting the grinder setting to either 1 or 2! Definitely watch some how-to videos on how it works prior to use as it makes it so much easier . Would definitely recommend this machine to others and I already have !

I was on the fence but purchased. So far I like. I am hopeful I will have for years.

Purchased this for my wife who had difficulty using our manual expresso machine. The Philips Fully automatic machine was everything we expected. She loves it!

Easy to use and clean. variety of coffee stiles, Also hot water for Te lovers.

Easy to use, easy to clean, a little loud, but worth it. I wish it accommodated taller cups though.
