Love this coffee maker, makes delicious varieties of coffee

This is a great automatic coffeemaker with a nice selection of hot and cold coffee drinks. The ability to have different profile settings make ia very convenient for multiple coffee drinkers in thw household.

Great machine and a lot quieter grinder then 3200 series model

very good fully automatic coffee machine, you just need to replace the filters and clean the mechanism on time, and it will work great for years. I highly recommend!

Once we figured out that the machine needed to break in we absolutely love it! Do yourself a favor and buy a cheap bag of coffee and run it through the machine because all those coffees are going to be terrible. Once you run the machine a bunch it makes delicious beverages!

Bought this coffee as a gift and some days I miss kcup machine. I like the frothy coffee it makes. It takes several try to get the flavor come out right. It’s little weak at first. Haven’t tried cappuccino options. I like the espresso option.

It takes a bit to dial it in. Read the instructions or what some tutorials, it will make it easier. Love the options. I got it on sale. Not sure I'd pay 1000 for it.

Love my Phillips I can make coffee, iced drinks even hot water for my green tea.

Great machine makes wonderful coffee drinks and very quiet

It's a good coffee machine. The only issue i encountered is that the coffee isn't hot enough (even though i set the water temperature to be the highest). Other than that, the machine is good.

Very pleased with our purchase. We have used numerous times and no issues at all. We all love it and it has so many options!

I returned this after the second day of trying to use it it does not create good shots or flavor. There’s so much tinkering that goes on with it and you have a little control because this is pretty much fully automatic so if you like to have control, this is not the machine for you.

I wanted to love this thing because it is fully automatic, but it did not perform as expected. The drinks were inconsistent, oftentimes watered down. The grind level needed to be adjusted manually by turning a knob on the hopper. Too much trial and error for the price. This machine offers the option for drip coffee which is something that I was excited about. Unfortunately, using espresso beans, it still grinds the beans too fine for a drip coffee, which left me with bitter coffee/espresso. I returned it and got the Ninja Luxe Café instead and I am happy with that purchase.
