    Phillips is know for making good quality bulbs, I purchase this in order to save electricity, nice color doesn't overheat and it looks good.

    I gave this a four stars because they do give off good light and are easy to install but they do have a slight buzz to them. I couldn't stand them in my bathroom but I didn't mind them in the living room or the family room.

    These were a deal of the day for about half price. At a good time as well.....we ran out of bulbs. Saw these and BAM! A lot of others must have had the same idea, the arrival was delayed. No reason was given, just delayed.
