Customers are saying

Customers highly value the Avance Collection 2.75 qt. TurboStar™ Digital Air Fryer's cooking performance and ease of use, with many praising its ability to quickly cook a variety of foods and its simple cleaning process. The product's quality is also noted as a positive attribute. However, some customers find the size of the basket to be limiting for larger portions, and a few mention the capacity as insufficient for cooking larger quantities of food at once.

First Air-fryer? This is your guy!!!

This was my first Air-fryer purchase. (Trying to eat healthier!!) This air-fryer works great! The design and quality is really nice and it looks good on the counter. Buttons are easy to read and the system is pretty intuitive. It's best for small portions. I've cooked plenty of chicken breast, wings (About 7 or 8 at a time) , fish, toasted bread and Tater tors/frys come out great also!!! It does cook faster but, large portions will take longer to do! (Small Basket) I use this to cook the main meats and us the stove for staples.(Rice, veggies, etc.) In combination it works out well. It 's easy to clean as the holding basket pops out with a button on the top. When cooking long periods, you'll have to stop it to pour out grease that falls to the bottom of the tray or else it will smoke up your kitchen!! Also remember that it gets HOT!!! The temperature can be set up to 400 degrees, so you'll need a cork mat or something to set it on when you remove the basket. Your learning curve will be... "What Can I Cook in this thing?' It does come with a cook book but, learning to master Air-fryer cooking is part of the fun!!! I have a family of 4 and it works for me. Bigger families however may be fighting over wings as they come out of the fryer!! LOL!! RECOMMEND FOR SMALL FAMILIES!!

We love this air fryer. Others are half the price but this one is worth it due to the quality and the way it cooks food more thoroughly. You can cook just about anything from meat to veggies to french fries. It is very easy to clean. I would recommend getting the digital feature rather than analogue. The only drawback to this fryer is that it is bit small for some meals but if you are only cooking for one or two then it meets most needs.

This thing is wonderful. After doing research online I went with this one. It is a little more expensive than the others but it works great. It is easy to use and I have found that I prefer reheating food in this verses the microwave. If you eat out a lot re-heat in this and it will taste just like if did when the waiter brought it to the table. You can't do alot of food in it at one time but once you figure out how you like to use it--it it worth every penny. Pre-heat it before you put start cooking.

So easy to use, especially with a digital temperature and timer setting. Large enough basket to fill for a family of four and when it's full, cooks the food thoroughly.

If you were even thinking about buying an air fryer, you should've bought this one, yesterday. It's life changing. Seriously. I've wanted one for months and just decided to send it and buy this one. I consider it a $200 investment. I put butter spray right on frozen chicken and season it and shove it right in there and it comes out CRISPY & TENDER every single time. No thawing and it's done in 20 minutes how I like it. Auto shuts off and has a warm setting. It's great.

I wish I would have bought this sooner. Cooks so fast, and perfect if you follow directions. Took some test tries to figure it out with small batches but works amazing! Perfectly crisp and still moist. The digital display is really nice to have!

This Philips air fryer delivers on what it promises so I will focus my comments on some factors that may cause you to look at other models or manufacturers. 1.) Very high priced compared to other brands. 2.) Not sure how much value the digital controls offer over non-digital controls for the higher price. 3.) I would not consider the basket size large enough to prepare food for more than two adults. 4.) For chicken, the skin will not be crisped like frying. May be edible, but certainly not crunchy. You need an oil basket fryer for that. 5.) Very easy to clean. Just soak basket with dishwashing liquid and use a sponge to scrub/wipe clean.

Great product, great brand, great quality. Exactly what I expected, no more than 30 minutes but that’s is more than enough. Fries get crispy and delicious. Not that big and heavy as other brands, easy to wash

I wish I had one of these a long time ago. Fish fillets come out nice & crispy with practically no oil in 10 minutes. Exactly what I needed. I went with Phillips because it's a known brand & has a better warranty than those infomercial units. Bestbuy geek squad protection is outstanding also.

I had heard so many people talk about air frying but didn't really know what I was missing until I took the plunge. Its great, use virtually zero oil - just have to keep in mind to separate EVERY piece of what you are cooking bc the air needs to get around it.

My first air fryer and I love it. Reviews said it’s good and they were right, digital, easy to use. Still learning time limits for certain foods, but the fryer itself is easy to use, not bulky can be setup anywhere, big enough to cook enough items for us, small family. Onion rings, fried chicken, fries, meats all come out good, all you have to do is season. Book helps a lot especially for someone like me who was new to the game. Highly recommend this model.

The size is a little bit small. But after testing, the size is perfect for air frying. For more food we would recommend to use deep fryer instead of air fryer.

I love how easy it is to use this product. When air frying it’s possible to stop the frying to check the cooking of the food. Many of the recipes call for flipping or tossing food halfway through. I’ve fried potato wedges, hamburgers, chicken thighs and grilled ham & cheese sandwiches. Everything has turned out great! The fryer comes with a cookbook and a Philips Airfryer app to download for more recipes. The Airfryer does smoke when frying meats with high fat content, but the basket can easily be removed from the pullout pan so any grease can be poured out. So far everything has tasted so yummy without the grease!

I bought the Phillips Air fryer for Christmas. My wife and I had our doubts that the food can taste like fried food without actually frying the food. The first thing we make was chicken cutlets. Much to our surprise the cutlets came out tasting like they were fried. But not oily. Since then we have used it for French fries, and chicken breast with barbecue sauce. I would definitely recommend this product

This is the best kitchen gadget I have purchased. It cooks quickly and cleans up in a snap. The only thing it doesn't work well with is any kind of a thin batter. It gets gunked up in the mesh of the rack. However, any kind of Panko crust works fantastic. We were trying to eat less oil/fat and this has been awesome. Love it 100x more than my Instant pot

I bought this air fryer a couple of weeks ago. So far so good. It's a healthier way to eat normally unhealthy food, such as fries and pizza. It comes with a recipe book, but I think You Tube is the easiest way to learn how to cook certain dishes. So far we love it. It's easy to clean and easy to learn to use. I only give 4 stars because the basket to cook in is smaller than I thought it would be.
