It’s so easy to use and carry. Although it doesn’t give a super close shave, it gets the job done and I’m glad I bought it!

Disgusting + pre-owned

I asked the associate if it had been opened, and he said “no, that’s how it came off the truck”, assuming I was asking if the Best Buy employees had opened or tampered with it. Obviously I meant to inquire if I was purchasing a bikini trimmer that had been opened, used by another customer, and returned, but I didn’t realize what he meant until later. Really disgusting that Best Buy allows returns and resales on intimate items, especially without disclosure.
