he screen is wonderfully wide, and I really appreciate the thoughtful design details. The camera placement is excellent, and I love that it can be tucked away so neatly. The hidden plugs underneath are a nice touch, though they can be a little tricky to access when connecting devices. The overall quality is very good, and it feels well made. That said, since I often share my screen during work meetings, I’ve run into some challenges. Many of my colleagues don’t use a monitor this large, so when I share my full screen in Teams or Zoom, the content can be hard for them to follow. I’ve found myself having to stop and reshare specific windows often, which interrupts the flow. Because of that, I might choose a slightly smaller screen for work purposes next time.

Purchased this for my wife and this is her review: Great monitor except for the display often blacks-out from time-to-time without even touching the M/10 monitor arm (the display often black-out whenever I move the monitor arm with built-in handle connected to this monitor). The other issue is that the built-in KVM function is not great on this model, unlike Philip's other model #49B2U6900CH/27 which is not being offered here at Best Buy unfortunately. The other issue is the build-in webcam which has a pop-up 2.0 megapixel FHD camera with microphone and LED indictor (unlike the other model #49B2U6900CH/27 which has a 5.0 megapixel camera with microphone and LED indicator with +/- 30 degree tilt function). I will continue to utilize this monitor until Jan 14, 2025 (deadline to return if not fully satisfied). There is only ONE other place that sells the other model I want, but the store's located across the US in California (currently located in Pennsylvania), that store's return policy is NOT as friendly as Best Buy's.

Bought this one for my home office, The sheer size and ease of connectivity has increased my productivity so much! No more closing windows and opening windows! I can easily have 4 windows open simultaneously and all are easy to view. Great purchase!
