I got the refurbished one as well as the new one. I cant get protection on this but hopefully it wont need it. It looks great behind my tv and im very happy with this the cost is very high though for these products

There's nothing wrong with this product, works as it should but it doesn't support many lights. Only 5 of the lily's. It's worth getting the 100w power supply.
