Sucked because it meant we also couldnt set them up on Christmas day. The product overall is good, but honestly just spend a bit extra and buy them new or be prepared to run into problems.

The immersion it gives you is incredible!! It's expensive but definitely worth it especially if you live movies and games!! It's also very easy to setup.

Poor quality control from Geek Squad

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to the store to order the 75" light strip and the sales rep ordered me a refurbished one by mistake. When I received it, I thought I would give the so called "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" a shot to be a quality product and work like as new. Upon opening box, there were multiple issues with this certified refurb. The corner holding brackets were broken in half, the tape was used on the back of the brackets so not sticky, and only a quarter of the lights worked which constantly flickered. If this is the quality that is certified geek squad refurbished, I will never buy a refurb product from geek squad. Spend the extra $30 and purchase the new product which is great.

Love the ambiance and atmosphere these lights create. I would definitely recommend for movies that have a large color spectrum, like Home, Croods, and Zack Snyder's Justice League.
