    This strip failed; I wasn’t able to install it until a couple of months after purchasing it, and o OU a third of it lit up. I spoke with customer service and they wouldn’t help me because it was longer than 15 days. They didn’t have a response for my question about them selling me a defective product. I’m very disappointed.

    They sent me the gradient strip and not the gradient play strip for the hue sync box. These are two different items with 2 different price points. I feel scammed. Are they not chevking items before re selling them.

    Lightstrip itself works, but did not come with all parts that are supposed to be included in box (missing mounts used to attach to back of TV)

    Purchased the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Hue Play Gradient Lightstrip because it was a good deal. Going to have to return because the light strip does not stay on.

    If you have the necessary Hue components already, this is a no-brainer. However, if you’re starting from scratch & building a HUE system, I wouldn’t just buy this. Decidedly incorporate a few more bulbs around the screen as well. Definitely compliments details & moving colors on the edges of the screen.

    I was very excited to receive but sadly very disappointed when opening, everything was undone, the sticky tabs for the tv were stuck to the paper booklets so I now can’t use those.. would not recommend the experience.
