Product was in great condition. Love my hue lights!

I’ve had these for months. No issues. Probably some of the best bulbs on the market. I have 10 of these in my room and they’re a vibe.

The Phillips Hue lights are awesome and really easy to set up with my other Hue lights. The only thing is that they are pricey but are cool to set the mood for any occasion.

Just buying more lights to continue my set up. Make sure you always buy new with these as if you get 1 bad one you MUST return all 3.

Don’t be scared of the refurb, these bulbs are great and worked out of the box

Love our hue products. We have used for five years or so, and are updating our bridge and some of our lights. Bought a set for my grandson too. And my daughter.

It’s the hue lights at a discount which you can’t find. They work great.

I have several Philips Hue bulbs. They all work very well with the Hue Bridge and app and integrate well with my Alexa devices. I was a little hesitant about buying refurbished bulbs. BUT, not any more! They work just fine. It was even cool to not have to deal with unearthing them from all the packaging. I love these bulbs and will likely make a Geek squad refurbished purchase in the future.

Certainly not Best Buy’s fault, but these don’t have all of the capabilities of newer equivalents. With that being said, they’re certainly built better than the newer hue bulbs.

I cannot tell the difference between the new ones and the refurbished ones, they're literally just like new!

Love the product wasn’t happy about the repackaged product or shipping standards . The product packaging was crushed, the Best Buy packaging was a thin non padded plastic shipping envelope. Hardly a good way to handle such a delicate problem.

I love hue. Sadly I almost crapped myself when I saw this package. I was sure they had to be shattered. I lucked out. Be prepared for potential surprised with best buy refurbs, but when it works it works and for a great value

Bought 2 of these a while back when the priced dropped but 1 still had issues (if it moves or switches alot it will start to flicker and i wouldnt be able to control it with the wall mounted remote
