Love the fact that I can shut the lights off from anywhere in the house.

Do you love color? Then if you do these are for you! I have them set with home automation hub and they come on when it starts to get dark, and to change colors for different things, such as severe weather alerts or when i get voicemails

These are so dang expensive, but for me, they're so useful. From helping me wake up in the morning with the sunrise simulation, to dimming and turning redder for getting ready for bed, to party time... So many uses for a light bulb.

Make sure you get a hub, this will bring some awesome lighting scenes!

Have a number of these bulbs already and they work great. Adding an additional bulb to the system was easy and hooked up right away. Great to control lights on another level of your home so you don't have to walk into a dark room

The Philips hue system is revolutionary, the ability to control the lights from my phone is great especially for a house with young children. It doesn't hurt that my electric bill significantly decreased as well. While some of the color re-creation isn't the best and the price is still a little too high, these are a worthwhile addition to any home.

For most people this is the set of bulbs to get sure its expensive but it gives you the most options in programmability and heck I want my color house party and this is what sets it apart from a plain white hue bulb right?

Philips hue lighting adds a romantic ambience to your home. As a romantic Cancer, I love the soft earthy lighting tones in the room. All you need is a beautiful woman, soft eyes, and Philips hue lighting..............

I love these bulbs EXCEPT it's high prices! You have to save each serial number of the bulbs on Philips .App to run each bulb for each rooms. The color schemes can be picked by the default wallpapers of using your own photos. I was able to use one color for each different bulbs. I use them for bedroom recess lights. Please LOWER the price!!!

The starter kit comes with three bulbs, so I purchased an additional bulb to complete my room. It is very to set up, just put it in its outlet, power it up and discover it in the Hue app. Now my room lighting is complete.

I was skeptical at first spending so much for a light bulb but the Hue lights are so much more. It provides so much more of an atmosphere within the house, varying from room to room. And it's easy to adjust scenes!

These Hue second generation light bulbs are brighter and have a great color range through the blue and green spectrums. The recent price drop has made these somewhat more accessible, but they are still expensive just for the ability to change light color. At least as an LED bulb they are very energy efficient and will last for many years.

Works as described. Installation was easy. Would recommend.

Well worth the price. I went with the Philips Hue system due to its compatibility with lots of services and products, as well as, its availability. I'm using the Hue app, Echo, and Yonomi to automate out lighting.
