This light is great, bright and fun. I use the darker colors when my wife is sleeping so I can still see and get around, but not disturb her.

I use these in my home wherever I can, they are more expensive than I really care for..but have yet to replace one. Love the versatility of changing colors and intensity, controlling them via Alexa and IFTTT. They provide security via setting schedules, and geo perimeters around the house, and are fun for parties or special occasions.

I like being able to control my lights in my home while I am away. I did notice that some, not all, of these bulbs have a buzz sound in them. I have tried switching the buzzing bulbs to other lamp sources and received the same result. It seems there are a few bad apples in the bunch with the research I have done on this subject. Not reason enough for me to stop using them. Although buying more bulbs would be an expensive endeavor, I'll have to wait until this issue is resolved and live with the buzzing sound from one bulb.

These lights are absolutely amazing. While they are expensive, you only live once. What better way to live your life than to never have to get up from bed to turn the lights off, turn all of the lights off when you're about to watch a movie, or turn certain lights on via Siri or OK Google when you're hands are tied, all while conserving energy with the energy-efficient LED bulbs. These are amazing. Once you have them, you'll realize what a great investment that they were and how you couldn't imagine your life without them.

I purchased this light to use in a floor light paired with the four ceiling lights we already have. It's great and integrated easily.

I just wish the app for the Phillips HUE was a little better.

I already own the starter kit and this was easy to add to the bridge. Great colors and it freaks my pup out which is another win

This product is great in a sense you now have full control of your lights from your fingertips. You can design different scenes to add mood lighting for your tv room to crisper lighting in your office to be more productive. The only thing is it's a bit pricey to convert the whole house but I'm looking to add room by room.

This is the second bulb I have bought. I use the red light to fall asleep at night and the blue light to wake up in the morning. No need for an alarm clock anymore. Wakes me up gently and ready to go! The evening hue allows a sleep transition away from harsh lights to produce meltonin and get a restful sleep progression.

It's great to be able to control color and brightness to set the room for different times of day, watching television, etc.

works great and I love them... I have in eight blubs in total. I love using them with the Sy-Fy sync app on IOS device..

Good lighting. There's just not enough settings on the hue app and not enough customizability for these lights in my opinion. I was looking for more of a versatile light that could have different settings like party effects, strobing, fading, and syncing with music. All though these lights can do all that, you need to first buy third party apps that are somewhat unpredictable and do have connectivity issues. The hue bridge is seriously a waste of space and somewhat of a step back in technology in my opinion. I returned them and stuck with an ilumi which is plug and play and only needs your phone and Bluetooth to connect. The ilumi app is much easier and you can do everything and more that the hues can do without having to purchase all the random third party apps. The ilumi lights are much simpler to use and the app has great presets. Lights themselves are better and brighter in my opinion and the colors just seem much more vibrant. And you don't need a bridge for them. The hues in my opinion just really seem like somewhat of a ripoff being that you have to buy a starter kit and the app is very limited.

This light is a great way to add a little extra color to any holiday or get together. The app is pretty good as well .

Works great with my Hue lights that are connected to my Smartthings hub which I can also control by voice through my Amazon Echo. Minus one star because these are fairly expensive and can add up quickly.

Added this hue bulb (along with others) to my home theatre project. Great to change the mood and setting of the room with the touch of a button. Only cons are price and aesthetics of the bulb itself.

I can't say enough about these lights. I love being able to switch them on at home or when I'm away from home.

They create your mood. Terrific for yoga and meditation, help you get to a meditative state faster.

This is a very cool bulb. I can control it with my phone and change it to all sorts of colors.
