Great but overpriced

The bulbs are easy to set-up and control. The colors are very vibrant. The lighting effects could use a little work in the customization department, but they work really well. The bulbs are just too...dang...EXPENSIVE!! $50 per bulb (and buying the pair doesn't earn you any discount because it's $100)...that's just way too much to pay for a colored light bulb when there are other cheaper options out there. I'd be more OK with $25 per bulb ($50 for the set), but I just couldn't justify this and ended up returning the set.

Everyone loves my light set up. Only flaw is that they’ve disconnected twice already had them for a few months. Still recommend them. They’ll make you feel like you’re in Hawaii, Tokyo, rio, Ibiza etc. you name it!

However, the Hue App and my Alexa app seem to fight over the routine these lights are on. The Alexa app keeps “recognizing” the lights even though I already have them saved. This leads to them being present twice in the app. It’s annoying. The Hue app is pretty good though. Lights were easy to install and look great.
