I love having these lights in our home. It was easy to setup and link with our Alexa device. The only issues I have had involve the Hue app itself. I often have trouble connecting to it to control the lights. Of course, I can still control them using the Alexa app or just telling Alexa what we want to do with them, whether it's on, off, dim, or whatever percentage we want the lighting at and it works. My son likes it because he sometimes is afraid of going to a room where the light is off so he just asks Alexa to turn the light on and problem solved. I definitely enjoy the convenience of being able to turn off the lights while I'm away for those times I forget to turn them off before leaving.

So happy with this purchase. I am able to come in the house with hands full and just ask google to turn on the lights. Works perfectly every time.

Had a few set-up issue out of the box where one light would not connect to the base, but after tickering a bit got everything working correctly. Without running into issues, set-up should be pretty straightforward and have had no issues since. You'll realize how nice of a convenience these are once you get them running!

Easy set up with my smart phone: software for bridge and bulbs got updated after connected to the Internet, and so far they are fun to control. Now, it remains to be seen how long they will last.

Overall, adding this into the house's smart technology was fairly easy. Although I used the Philips app, I was then able to merge it into the rest of the infrastructure easily enough. Lights look fine (nothing flashy about the standard lightbulb style). Voice command is convenient, though as with all smart systems the naming conventions are fairly important. I will definitely add more lights to the system in the future.

Super simple to install and easy to use, though the app has some trouble working on my old phone (Galaxy S4) but I'm optimistic that will be resolved when I get a newer android device next week.

Works great with my Alexa system. Have these in 4 of our lamps and they are all responsive to voice commands. Great in our BR as we have no overhead light on the ceiling. Have wondered for year about not having to always have a lame near the switched outlet. This completely solved the problem. Don't have to argue about who will get out of bed to turn off the lights or turn it on in the morning. We just talk to our friend Alexa!

I love this thing! I talk as I pass into a room an the light all the way across the room fired up! Same for turning it off. No more stumbling around in the dark during the dark winter months.

Very helpful when you don't have ceiling lights and lamps. Great for first time apartment/home buyers. Helps bring out the mood in many rooms throughout the home. Very easy to use and set up.

Got this due to a few reads on reviews. Easy set up and coukd not be happier. Synching with Google home was easier then i thought. Will be buying more bulbs abd other items to add to my hub.

I recommend these bulbs for anyone that wants to control their lighten when they are or are not at home! Very easy to set up and you are off and running. I use Alexa to control them for me.

I was looking for a way to control lighting while away from home, and even in the house with my iPhone & Alexa. Very easy to install and I was up & running within minutes. Highly recommend!

Got this for my daughters vacation home and it turned out to be a great investment. Wish we would of bought the bigger set. It makes you feel like your house is safe and is easy to set up.

The Phillips Hue lights are very cool. That being said I wouldn’t put them everywhere in my home. If you want to be able to use the app to turn the lights on or off you must always have the light switched on. If someone shuts the switch off, these go from smart bulbs to dumb ones. That’s really my only gripe

So far, I like the Hue Bridge and Hue LED bulbs. Setup was a breeze, and I approve of the Hue app, as well. Although I have only had this product for a few weeks, I am already getting used to the automated lightbulbs and how my iPhone (and some Hue Tap switches) can be used as a tool to manage the power on/off and intensity of the light.

These work very well with both google home and Philips software. nice feeling to be able to turn the lights on before you go into the house, or turn them on when you wake in the morning.

easy setup and syncing of lights to base. downloaded app on my iphone and was controlling the lights remotely within minutes. Allows easy set up of timers. Exactly what I was looking for

now all my lights are dim capable. used it in dining room, bedside lights, living room. i have total of 9 in my home. even wife loves it.

Affordable and easy to set up....nice solution for remote lighting especially where only one or two lights are incorporated into a scheme. Look for great sales from eBay to save some $$

The Philips Hue starter kit is a great buy! Super easy bridge/hub to set up and the devices are even easier to search for and add. I will be looking for more Hue products in the future.
