Good deal and great item however rarely use the app.

Ended up returning this kit. It needs to be hardwired into your router. That's another device, another ethernet cable, and another power cable/adapter taking up space. It was just too much. I opted for TP Link lightbulb instead, which connect directly to Wi-fi.

These bulbs are great. Nice to have, very convenient.

Got a couple of bulbs for Christmas, but needed a hub so bought this kit. Works well, although the problem with this and all smart bulbs, if the switch gets shut off, they're not so smart anymore. Need to spend even more on smart switches to make it really worthwhile.

I purchased two sets. The setup was a little confusing (little to no directions). I got one set to work at one house but the other set would never communicate with my Amazon Echo. I recommend the bulbs but only if using with Echo Plus. Not a big fan of the Philips hub.

I think with playing with where to put the lights will make me like these lights more. I installed them in the kitchen and you have to leave the light switch on so i would HAVE to use google. Sometimes it’s easier to flip a switch than wake up google. We’ll see...

You have to have a hue hub to enjoy the bulbs, expensive bulbs with not much control. Color is about 2700k and I would prefer these bulbs to be 4100k for a nice clean white. Once set up and updated all you can do is turn on, off and dim

Got these as a deal of the day for the price they are nice and great quality. Sometimes they do not work or synch so you have to restart them or turn them on and off by hand. They are not as friendly to set up with Apple

once you figure out the app its nice but you have to ask your self if a bridge is worth using with all the WiFi equipment out there. It was a pain to set up if you buy extra bulbs

I want you to know I am an electrical engineer and getting this to connect to my existing Google home never happened. I love the lights and the app. Just didn't connect as easily as other lights had.

I really enjoy the smart lighting system and it works great when only connected with the philips hue hub. When connected to other devices such as Alexa, the lights do not connect or respond very well to commands.

This starter pack is a little pricey. Set with Google home was a little confusing. Lastly the overall brightness was disappointing. Phillips doesn't make any bulbs that are brighter to add either.

these lights work great however, if you want "daylight" white color of more of a "blue-white" avoid these and go for the white and ambient kit as these are ambient, "orange-white" kind.

It is a OK system but very expensive. You can buy a better light for a lot cheaper. Don't waste your money.

I haven’t been impressed with the programming on these. They come on when I have it set, but never go off on their own. I prefer using wemo switches or Levitron over these any day.

These lights are great but I’m not crazy about the requirement for a hub. I also bought merkury smart bulbs and they don’t require a hub, do the same thing, and are cheaper

Good option to have control of light at home when at or away from home. But the spare bulbs are price. Equivalent options are available from other manufactures.
