Bought this with other Alexa items. One light always works on command, the other 3 might work by voice sometimes, but mostly through the Alexa app on my cell phone.

First of all the bulbs on this product are not very bright. I’ve gotten better light output out of a two dollar bulb at the hardware store. Second of all, at least after doing my research online I thought that you were able to change the softness/yellow/blueness of the white light. I know this isnt the color lightbulbs, but i found no way to do that from the app. I returned it

I would not recommend these. They are expensive . You can get ifttt bulbs cheaper and work better

Bought these for our kids and they love playing with the color. Only thing is when you make it normal lighten it isn’t that great.

Just over priced in my opinion! Works decent. I try to keep them off since they are expensive.

Good but have had issues when trying to edit room names used with our Alexa device. Would be handy if bulbs were numbered when setting up.

Product didn’t work in my home. I could not get the product to do as claimed and got very pricey trying to get all the stuff for it

The lights work great even though it's taken me a while to get used to them (using your switches screws them up as the switch has to stay on for them to work). My only problem is the light temperature. They are way too yellow. I was used to LED's with a much cooler color and I don't like the yellow of these at all. I keep much cooler colored bulbs in my bathroom just so I can see what color I'm actually wearing.

Once you get the Bridge to connect it seems to work well. But I had to try several times to connect to the bridge.

Worked fine when I was nearby the unit, but did not work consistently when out of region.

It’s nice to have lights when and where you need them hands free. Sometimes difficult to turn on at times.

I was so excited to purchase this item on sale. Until I was home trying to set it up. Returned it.

Interface wasn’t quite as easy as I expected need to play with it more to get it working properly

We put the bulbs in different locations and maybe it's just us, but onely one works with our app

The box says white, but the light in it is yellowish. I need to go and change it.

So far great but the app unfortunately drains my phone constantly

after this system was setup, it worked for a day, then quit. my son told us we had to manually turn off and on every light, then push the hub reset. then wait and try again. it came back on, FOR 8 HOURS. down again, this repeated for 2 weeks until my son could come over, he tried to reset. came on less than an hour. customer service and best buy says my apple time capsule isn't strong enough wireless router, and i need to up grade it, ordered a new orbing 3 station wifi. installed it, and lights worked for 2-3 hours. got up this morning, "NO RESPONDS" MESSAGE ON EVERY LIGHT IN THE SYSTEM! this system is way more work than getting up and turning the switch on or off. when it works, you can change colors, big deal. $400 for lights, $300 for router, and lost my time capsule. what a bunch of JUNK!!!!!
