So sad, Best buy from Mexico cannot help me, and Best buy from US did not respond me

Good at first...

We've stopped using ours, but if you can figure out how to keep them working they're great.

Dumb lights

I spent a few hundred dollars on Phillip hues lights and I have to use them as normal lights because their app to control the lights is unbearable. I’ve tried multiple 3rd party apps but now you’re opening yourself god knows who.

Did not work as expected

Not impressed... Not happy!

I "try" to use it with Alexa and even with Siri and about 80% of the time I get that its unavailable. So its pretty useless and costly. I contacted Phillips 4-5 times and just get a email for troubleshooting but zero help. Maybe my hub is bad? However between this and other bulbs I wasted well over $300....Not happy!

Awful yellow color. Avoid if you want 'White'

You have to buy the more expensive Ambiance White to get actual white light. These are mustard yellow and horrible. I wish I could return.

I don’t know what bulb is number 1, 2, 3, or 4. I have to guess. Take so much time. After figuring out what number the bulb is, it did not turn on. End up returning
