If you want to start with your smart home this is a must. Kit includes the adapter which is easy to set up, and with it you can control bulbs around your house. Plus, with the app on your cellphone you can control them when you're not home! PS. I don't remember exactly the number, but with that adapter you can control like 60 bulbs, so you won't need another adapter if you want to have more smart bulbs in your home

So far so good. They work they way they are suppose too. I just wish i would have bought the color ones (I plan too eventually). When I'm out of town i can turn them on like I am at home. I can access them through my alarm app and through my home app on iphone. Do keep in mind that they don't work on dimmer switches so I have a couple I have used because I have dimmer everywhere.

Very easy to set up and quick to get started. I use with both Alexa and Google mini.

I am very happy that i bought the philips hue system. I have paired it with google home mini and i can now turn on, off or dim my lights with voice commands. This is great.

For me the setup was confusing. I didn’t realize that you have to assign each light one at a time. So when I tried turning them on an off nothing matched. I called customer service and he helped me through it. I got frustrated with him because he wasn’t really sympathetic with my situation and treated me like I was stupid. Finally after explaining that I was near tears, he was nicer. With his help I figured out how to reassign the lights. Now I’m very happy. I strongly recommend this setup, it’s really pretty cool. But, if you have a problem, I hope you get a different CS representative.

I love my smart bulbs and I love that I can now not worry about turning on and off the porch lights because they are set to go with sunrise and sunset. Very cool feature.

I wanted to try smart lighting but was not sure if I would like it so I started with the basic package and white lights. Overall I am very pleased. The start up took longer than I expected due to software updates but that is life in the internet age. The feature I like the best is when the power is out the lights are on when the power returns. The kids love being able to turn on the lights this way.

Got this primarily to set up with a google home. Once it was configured, it was nice getting ready to watch a movie and not having to go to each light and dim or turn off

Hue lights are the best lights ever! It was easy to set up without any complications. I love how the hue app walks you through the process. I am not a tech person at all but I found it simple to use and operate. I also find that google home is more effective with the light rather than echo as echo requires the exact name and google will accept anything remotely close to the name listed for the light.

The Hue lights are very easy to set up and work great. I have them set up so I can control them from anywhere with the App and also can control with Alexa while I'm home.

I really liked this started kit. It is easy to install and works perfect with google home.

We use this in our bedroom for the option to set alarms, control the hue lights, tell jokes, and play music! Works great and love that is more portable than the big Alexa

This start kit was very easy to install. The integration with Alexa is excellent.

What an amazing product! These bulbs are simple to hook up and can be controlled easily with the app. They work fantastic with Alexa and also with Siri. We can turn on our porch light from out of town or reduce the bedroom lamp to 20% to wind down for bed. We only have these 4 bulbs right now, but we are excited to buy more! I would definitely recommend them, especially if you have Alexa or Siri or similar.

Fantastic kit for a starter set up if you are looking for an entryway into the smart home market. Phillips bulbs and Hub work excellent with Amazon Alexa enable devices.

My wife and kids laughed when I bought these, but now they use it often. I have many lamps so 3 of these bulbs set what ever mood and lighting level I ask for. They are all white, but dimming sets the mood. I found these very useful, but a little unclear with which bulb number I was installing during setup. I named everything, did all the updates and downloaded 3 apps that all work fine, but have different features, so I use them all. Alexa is useless when the Internet is down, thank you at&t. The apps still worked when wireless is up. Guess I'm stuck with Philips now, since the hubs are not universal.

I set up the apartment using these lights, coming home and not having to fumble to light switches in the dark is great. Can set up each light in different rooms. Simple to vocally tell your smart hub (I use google assistant) to turn on living room light, bedroom or kitchen lights. Also, great thing is if your home WiFi is down you can still use your wall switches to turn lights on and off.

Very easy to setup and use with Alexa. Lights are bright but you can dim for ambiance.
