This items is best used if you can pair it with an Alexa product. I can lay in bed and just tell Alexa to turn off or turn on the lights

I bought this because my wife has Amazon Echo and talks about controlling lighting with it. It was an excellent buy during black friday.

This is a great thing to have around the house especially if you own a Google Home or an Amazon Echo. It also lets you dim the lights.

Have these lights in my dimmable lights in my master bedroom. It works like a charm I control them with my Xfinity app with no issue.

If you are looking to make a start in home automation; this setup kit is the best value. You are also able to add third party bulbs.

These lights are really nice and they work great. After a few weeks they really start to make life easy when you get the habit of turning them on and off. The one in the bedroom that I used to have to get out of bed to turn off is a dream. Just say "Alexa turn off the bedroom light." and off it goes.. You will love it.

I am a fan of daylight white light bulbs and love that I can adjust the white level on these bulbs. Our condo is filled with Philips Hue lights and we purchased this set to upgrade to the latest gen of the hub. We are now able to use Siri along with our Google Home Hub/Mini and Amazon Alexa devices to control our lights.

You can name individual lights and group them, such as “upstairs.” You can program them to come on and off by your arrival and departure, turn on at sunset, and wake you up in the morning. Very happy with this set.

The bulbs are expensive ($50/4) but do the trick! The response via Alexa through the hub to the bulbs is typically very quick. Occasionally it's 2-3 seconds after but I can live with that when I'm carrying things into a dark room.

Good deal got it for 59.99 on cyber Monday. The hub is the new generation and 4 white bulb is a good start for a connected home.

I’m so excited !! I love the hue lighting. It was so easy to hook up and worked well with my Alexa dot. I can talk to the Alexa and turn each room lights off and on one by one or all at the same time. Or I can be at work and turn my lights on by using the hue app. I can also have my lights turn off and on at certain scheduled times.

Really have enjoyed the philip's hue package. The dock allows expansion to additional lights, and integrates nicely in the app.

Went to my parents home and my dad was showing me how these Phillips hue lights worked inside his house. When I got home I bought myself the 4pack & starter hub. It was simple to set up and I enjoy controlling the lights when I’m too lazy to get up and turn them on/off! I gifted my friend the 4pack with a starter hub

Setting up the Hue Bridge with Homekit takes some effort, doesn't allow for Automations via Apple Homekit, the workaround is to use the Hue App, other than that issue highly recommend this kit. Am waiting for closer interaction between the Hue and Apple Home apps post which will start adding more bulbs across the house.

Liked the starter kit, where you get multiple bulbs. This was also a great deal on price compared to other bulb manufacturers.
