Having the simplicity of turning on and off my lights by speaking is wonderful. These smart bulbs sync with my Alexa seamlessly making it very easy to turn lights on and off in any room. I work late so I have all my lights on a routine. First, I always look like I am home, even when I am not, and I never come home to a dark house. Also, we just moved across country. The bulbs did not break (even when they were accidentally dropped- so glad- because they can get kind of pricey). I only wish the bulbs came in night light size so that I could use them in my decorative mini lamps. I have both the white bulbs, and the color hue bulbs.

I love my Hue lights. They work great with Alexa. I set it up so it’s all connected and I can turn on the lights using my phone or Alexa. The installation was easy. The only thing is that I grabbed a warm white and I wished I had noticed it before because they are not as bright as the regular led bulbs I had.

Philips Hue is known for the best smart light bulb but I couldn't understand why don't support multi-home in their apps. I have installed them at my home and my apartment each time I want to control different location I have to sign in and out for each account which is very annoying but I can live with that.

These worked great for setting timers for lights to go on/off while on vacation. Much easier than plugging lamps into timers that need to be set with tedious buttons. Just switched out the bulbs and programmed timers from my phone. Very easy, and also randomly use phone now to turn lamps on/off as needed.

I recently purchased the Phillips Hue White A19 Starter Kit while on sale. This system is quick and easy to set up and has worked as expected. The app allows you to dim the lights and turn them on and off from anywhere using your smart device. I would highly recommend this product to friends and family.

Very easy to setup with google home mini. I can turn on, turn off or dimmed the lights by just saying Hey google!. I find it very convenient to schedule the lights to turn on automatically when it is time to wake up. Looking to change all light bulbs in the house so I can easily control from the app.

Very easy setup, quick. I like the options of routine setups. Very handy. Though still pricey when not on good dale

Other lighting options for automation just was too complicated and Hue offered me an easy fix, it works every time and I am very happy this far can’t wait to expand it all over the house. Wish there was an outdoor bulb that would just seal the deal but as far as this product goes can’t get an better.

Installation I had a bridge from the previous purchase and hence I did not use the bridge that came with this purchase. To integrate the light bulbs with the other bridge is easy. The other bridge can read the light bulbs easily. Control: I can control my lights from anywhere and it's kinda fun.

These light bulbs are great. I can turn them on or off from my phone at any moment. I made it even better by adding a google home to my house and synced the lightbulbs to them, now I do not even need my phone. I just use my voice to turn on/off the lights in the different rooms they were placed.

I didn't know if this would be worth the price, but once they went onsale for Black Friday I took a chance purchasing them. Couldn't be happier. Extremely easy to set up. The app is very easy and setting up zones and timers are very easy. Works great with the Alexa App as well. Highly recommend.

So far, this has been a great starter kit and we are already planning on adding in more bulbs in the colored variation as we can. We put two bulbs in our living room, one in our hallway, and one in a bedroom! We love that we have lights automatically turn on when we get home after it is dark!

Easy to set up. Just plug the hub into the modem/router. Put the light bulbs where you want. I suggest you do one at a time because once they're all in they are labeled : hue light bulb 1, hue light bulb 2 ..and so on. So you gotta do a little trouble shooting to find out which one is which. Once you get the all labeled such as : living room, hall, porch front, back porch or whatever, then you can start assigning them to rooms. So you can say "turn bedroom 1 on" and it will turn all the lights on, if there is more than 1" Or you can do a specific light " turn bedroom light 1 on" I use google home mini with the lights. I've told google "turn all lights on" and it will turn them all on or I can be specific. I use their hue light app, google app and home (to use with siri)

I bought this for my in laws for Christmas because my brother in law purchased Google Home for them. They absolutely love it and are able to control it without a problem. We went home and bought ourselves the same kit, and we use it with Alexa through the Amazon Show. Excellent purchase!

This 4 bulb package with bridge went on sale and I bought it. It’s one of my favorite purchases. I did not need the multi-color look in my living room— just shades of warm white. They now run automatically with Alexa and Siri. Easy to control lighting into “movie time” to dim the lights.

This set is a gift for my brother. I already have one color set already. They are easy to set up and use. You can set timer or set routines on each individual room. I don't need to worry about forget turn of the light when I accidentally fall asleep while reading the bed time story.

Overall I am very happy with the product although I have only had it installed for two days now. I have been using the product with Google Home and am very satisfied with using voice commands to operate the lighting. I have 8 lights assigned to various rooms/locations in the house. The bridge is communicating easily with each bulb in various locations in the house. The only bad part of this experience has been the App/Software. The App does not recognize/find the bridge. After a lot of work it finally recognized it for a short period only to lose contact again. This happened repeatedly. I knew it was not a matter of the bridge being too far from the bulbs because when I would get a bulb appropriately setup, it would continue to communicate with the bridge even though the App could not. I finally downloaded a third party App and it worked flawlessly. However, I spent a number of hours to make this all work trying to use the Phillips Hue App.

Really helped to reduce electric bill. I set the timer & have no worries. Works great with Alexa Echo.

The whole Hue lineup is amazing, just make sure you know what color/shade lights you really want. If you are ok with the traditional "yellow/soft white" shades then grab this pack. However, if you are set on the daylight "white" shade of lights then you need to step up to the Ambience versions of these lights. Either way, both are spectacular!

The lights work great around the house. They work especially well with whites that you want to have a separate switch for but you don’t really have one. It’s also great for putting a timer on lights and it’s energy efficient. The white is like a normal color warm white bulb too.
