My wife wanted more light in the living room and I wanted to experiment with wireless lighting. The Philips Hue lighting is a cool addition to our home. It works well with Google mini. Set up is not hard but it is not completely easy. After I connected everything the Philips software required longer than I expected to update but after that it has worked well. Next step will be to splurge on color bulbs.

Was so extremely happy with the hub starter kit I immediately bought additional bulbs ! Had some off brand bulbs and found lights on when not suppose to be, off when they were set to be on etc etc ...... recommendation is stick to a name brand !

I love the lights and I love how they work with Alexa. They’re so easy to use.

There was a little confusion trying to install and hook up with my iphone and my Google home, but finally figured it out. I am sure I am saving money on my electric bill too as I have my front door light and back door light set to go off automatically.

Setup was REALLY fast. We've been using them since December without a hiccup. Had to reinstall my phone and the app/hub kept my settings. I've heard horror stories about some other brands where the settings were saved in the app, not the hub itself.

It is so convenient to just have things work, by voice or just when I arrive home.

I have been struggling with other smart light bulbs disconnecting themselves, or turning themselves on, for the last few years, while trying to avoid paying the higher prices of the Hue bulbs. I should have bought these sooner! No problems with these.

Easy to use and performed better than expected. Easy to set up and simple to adjust.

This system paired with the amazon echo makes a smart home come alive for my family and I. The ability to save money and set our lighting system up to our needs was what we bought this for and can not wait to make the whole house have a hue light in it!

Positives: 1) purchased for Mom - even a 62 year old found these easy to work with 2) excellent set of timers and features 4) decent price for a hub and 4 white bulbs Negatives: 1) a motion sensor included would be a nice addition to this package

This was easy to setup. Use it frequently. Especially when I am carrying things.

Horrible lights turn on when they want to and good luck pairing them to the hub then to the A I Siri or Alexa because it’s been and still is a nightmare so far the most expensive led lights I have ever bought because they don’t work as smart lights ... junk!!! Be smart try another product don’t waste your money on these things

This is a very good product. You can easily use your phone to control the lights.

Love these bulbs....easy to set up and so convenient with Google and Alexa. Walking in the door with hands full and being able to turn on the lights by voice is so convenient. Watching movies and being able to dim the lights to any percent.....

I bought this primarily as a gift for my son and his family to go with his Alexa.I am not a techie so I needed a lot of guidance from store personnel, which was right on the spot. He is very happy with the Alexa and the extras from this purchased.

Love Phillips hue. Awesome party trick to show off to people when they are over. Also essential for the person too lazy to get out of bed when they forget to turn their downstairs lights off. Loved them so much I got them as a gift for a relative.
