Product is probably fine, but was incorrectly described as supporting bluetooth control without a hub.

Ok. They are way pricier than other smart bulbs and do not do anything better than something like sylvania bulbs.

It is very difficult to sinc with my Alexa device even though I have many others that do.

Decent product. Supposedly requires a bridge to make them work. Other brands of smart bulbs seem easier to use.

First of all, they are NOT Bluetooth and will not connect to the Hue Bluetooth app. There is no Bluetooth symbol anywhere on the box. Secondly, they are Zigbee. They will not connect to SmartThings hub. They might connect to certain Alexa devices, but in my case, they each connected to Alexa but then lost connection and would never reconnect. Nor would they allow you to factory reset and reconnect. These were among the worst experience in connecting smart devices, I have a lot. Right after the latest Wemo plugs. Those are a nightmare also. If you have a Hue bridge, you should probably be fine, but in my case these bulbs were for my mom who does not have a bridge. The product info needs to be updated to remove Bluetooth.

Item is great. This company Best Buy however isn't so great. This will be my last purchase from them. I have had an account and been a customer for about 20 years.

Non Bluetooth advertised wrong. Wasted my time. The Best Buy employee said he didn’t even know Phillips hue came in Bluetooth.

Maybe these are fine, but they seem to require a physical hub that I did not invest in. I returned them and got other wifi bulbs instead.

All my attempts to Connect to Bluetooth are futile. I will not recommend this product.

Black Friday special so thought I had a deal. Little did I know that within the month the lights would stop working without a bridge. At first I thought it was just the new lights until I realized the light in the living room that is not responding is also a Phillips. Not good business Hope I can exchange.

Wrong product description. These bulbs don't have Bluetooth functionality at all. It requires either Hue bridge or dimmer set to even work. Best buy team, please correct the product description asap. Only good if you already have a bridge or willing to invest in a bridge.

Closing on a MONTH and has not even been shipped OUT yet. Slow is one thing but we aren't talking about the dam thing coming from CHINA!

Doesn’t work with Alexa. Not sure if I missed the description or if it was not spelled out.

This wasn't compatible with my Google assistant, as stated in product specifications.

I used these bulbs in a hallway that have the Hue motion sensor controlling them. These are basically used to turn on some lights after dark when someone enters the sensor's zone. In this application all I wanted was light and didn't need color or the ability to change the white Kelvin temperature. They are great for this use and a relatively inexpensive option.

I love these bulbs. It is great being able to automate my lights.
