Have it set up on automation in front room to change brightness levels throughout night. Adds a great look in front window of house along with adding the idea someone may be home when I’m not. Have the color set to start and will fill lots more House with white bulbs. Great use of $5 reward certificates, since these rarely go on sale.

Absolutely love these smart bulbs. We have them throughout our house and it was a very cheap way to get our smart bulb technology going. The white is normal light not the really bright 4K so they are the traditional light look and feel. We tried a lot of different smart bulbs but the philips hue are the most responsive! Can't rave enough about these!!

Great product to use with the echo or google mini. I have them in my porch lights, upstairs light, and other rooms in the house. I can tell Alexia or Google to turn the lights on and off if I am using the hue blubs. I can also control the lights from my Iphone when I am out.so that I do not have to come home to a dark house

Have nothing but good things for these bulbs. They are easy to set up. You don’t need the Philips hub if you have the echoplus. They dim well and they are pretty reasonably priced at $15 compaired to others.

So with these bulbs, I'm able to put lights on a timer (whether a specific time or a dusk to dawn config) and not have to worry about having them left on any more. They also interface to Amazon Alexa, so I can with a quick voice command shut off all these lights as I'm leaving for work in the morning. FANTASTIC PRODUCT!

They are great, not as many options or flexibility as the color Hue bulbs but for the price still great to have. We sinked it up to our Amazon Echo and everything is voice activated now! They are great for places where you just need light and don't wanna change the colors.

Just put in the light bulb and set up with your device of choice. It's great to set up a routine and have lights go on/off when we are gone. We can even manually turn them on and off so that it's not so timed. We have a wall lamp that is difficult to get to and turn on, but we use it all the time now with this bulb.

Depending on your home set up the lights can be really easy to set up and install. Depending on what hub your using, it’ll be easy to discover and use in just minutes. If you think the lights are a bit costly I’d recommend just purchasing them over time that way you’re not spending $150+ on ten bulbs at one time.

After filling up almost my entire home with the colored bulbs and strips, I realized about the only spots I had left didn't make sense to have color. The bathroom, hallway...spots where I just needed to see and not be in the dark... I started getting these A19's in combination with the Philips motion sensor. Now when I walk in the door, motion sensor detects me and turns the hallway light on. (Bright certain times of day and dim certain times of night) When I walk in my bathroom in the evening, the sensor detects me and turns the bathroom lights on (I have 5 in there) as bright as they will go.When motion in the bathroom is detected in the middle of the night, say 2am, the lights come on very dim, about like a nightlight, so I don't get waken up if I'm just going in for a sec. Then when I am getting ready in the mornings,I have my motion sensor in the bathroom turned off so that the lights don't time out. All this is in conjunction with the white A19's. I personally don't see how the colored bulbs make sense with the motion sensor. When you pair these 2 up they are as awesome as the colored bulbs are on their own. Very happy with these bulbs.

We have the kit for our whole home and it is great. Easy to install and operate. The voice activated commands make it better. The timers are also great. The amount of light from the bulb exceeds normal bulbs.

Good price, little hard to find a single bulb so this worked out well. The bulb itself, does what it says. I've only had my other ones for about 3mos. I use them for some basic master bedroom nightstand lights that are not hooked up to a switch. Echo in my room. This one is going to an old lamp in a living room.

These lights are great, I have slowly changed all my house lights over to these. Great value especially when they are on sale. App works great also have amazon alexa and echo, hue works great with them.

I was having doubts about the whole home automation and the first thing I bought was the Hue lights. They are really good, durable and provide the right amount of light needed. I use them outside and program them with the Hue app events. No more need to remember turning them on or off at dusk/dawn.

Set up with Google Home was very easy, I already have the color light in my bedroom and just needed a simple white light for the living room. Super easy to use and very convenient for when I'm in bed and forgot to turn off the light. Being able to change the brightness is a definite plus.

This was a freebie with my Echo Plus.. It works just like it should. Great if you do not want to get up and down turning lights on and off while watching TV, waking up early or having your hands full. You can link a series of lights to create different lighting in different locations.

We just moved into our new apartment, so I decided to invest in all things Homekit including a bunch of Hue bulbs. They take seconds to set up, cost not much more than equal quality LED bulbs and are super cool. You can set these to turn on/off from a phone, or match the light or even set timers etc.

Hue lights are amazing! I have replaced most bulbs in my home at this point, combining these lights with Hue wall switches and motion sensors. Hue works beautifully within the Apple HomeKit app and the Philips Hue app. Thanks to these lights and a Hue motion sensor, when my four year old walks out of his bedroom during the night a path of lights magically turn on to a dim level down the stairs in a path to his parents’ room. I would highly suggest Hue and I plan on adding to my collection.

These bulbs work great and were easy to set up with the hues hub. What is cool about them is you can also easily control them with Alexa, for those who have been under a rock. That is amazon's echo, echo dot, tap, or show. They can be set to any brightness from 1%-100% just using your voice. They can also be control though the hues app to do the same, but personally I enjoy doing it by voice. I got them at Best Buy on sell and added five more to the two that come with the hue starter kit. The sale price by Best Buy was the cheapest I'd seen these bulbs $9.99. Good job Best Buy, if I see them on sale again I'll pick up some more.

Great white light bulb for the Hue system. Not every bulb in your setup has to have a million colors. Sometimes you just need a white light bulb. This is it. Much more affordable than the color bulbs as well. I buy 1 or 2 of these each time I visit Best Buy so it is easy to build up a collection.
