Like the bulbs, like all the apps that work with the bulbs. I use 4 different apps for the bulbs, the apps come with different features and you can switch between each app instantly. Amazon Echo works great with the bulbs.

The Hue system is both functional and fun. If you like to entertain, the wide spectrum of colored lighting is a very easy way to create a memorable and unique atmosphere. At the same time, the lights are able to produce very comfortable whites across a broad range of temperatures. One criticism of the A-19 lights (compared to the "friends of Hue" lights, such as the Iris) is that in order to have such strong and varied whites, the lights are unable to produce a good green, coming in with a sort of tennis-ball colored greenish-yellow. Blues are also not particularly deep. I strongly recommend complimenting them with an Iris to bolster that part of the color spectrum. There are many apps that automate the lights in interesting ways; I strongly recommend checking those out.

If you are looking for a simple and versitile ability to make diferent color schemes and the ocasional disco party these lights will do. The downside are the aps are still not that good or at least I have not fould any aps that are great. I hope that philips will come out with a 100W equilivant bulb. The starter set has 3 bulbs that are a 40w equilvant. Also there new products comming out for the HEW product line. Upside the bulbs are a little cheaper than the bulbs that have an IP. I plan on getting more bulbs and lookign forward to new products in the HUE line

It gives house nice new look without any hassle.its easy to setup in 2 min. Enjoyed on holidays with holiday themes, it was a hit with my guests. They all buying it.

I love the power-saving and color-changing Phillips HUE Lighting system! It took a bit of learning to figure out how to add more lights and more light mixes to the system, but once learned, it's an easy system to use.

I had been contemplating buying into the Hue lights for some time. The drawback was the cost per bulb. Thankfully I finally took the plunge and couldn't be happier. The lights are fantastic. My 7 year old daughter loves playing with them and dancing as they pulse. They are great for mood lighting when entertaining company. The lights are just a great addition to the home.

These lights are pretty great. They can get super bright white while also having a wide color gamut available. They set up easily with an existing wifi network. The downside is that the iPhone app is a little clunky. You have to set up everything via "scenes". Want lights to turn on at a certain time, create a new scene. Want lights to turn off when you leave? Create a new scene. If your lights aren't in a scene, then those automated things won't work.

If you have been considering getting these just get them. They do everything that they are advertised to do. When I return home they automatically turn on the selected lights. My sons room now has automatic night lights and wake up setting as well. These lights are also open source so users can create their own apps and software to control the lights in new and exciting ways. The only down side is the native app just isn't as polished as the hardware.

These lights are terrific and they work just as advertised. I have thoroughly enjoyed them! As usual my experience at Best Buy Bowling Green was outstanding!

We placed the bulbs in three different rooms and love the fact that we can turn them on from a different location. Not to mention we can change the colors of the bulbs. The additional apps allow for the bulbs to sync with the music you are listening to as well as offer medicinal benefits.

I bought these lights to work with my Harmony remote. It was easy to set up and control the light from my remote. Would recommend both of these products.

These are a lot of fun, expensive, impractical, and totally awesome. Easy to set up. I connected them to my Amazon Echo easily enough and loaded a few IFTTT apps as well. I want to buy about 10 more now.

This definitely gets everyone's attention and sets the mood of the room. I use personally use it to entertain guest, have lights in when I come home late nights, and set the intimate mood. It's simple to set up and use. Sadly it does not have the ability to automatically change colors.

My brother sent me his set of Hue bulbs and they all broke in transit but still work since they are LED. I got my self another set and just love the fact that I can change the colors and brightness.

I came down to the store. The gm sold me on a couple Phillips Hue bulbs. After I got home I realized my Smarthings hub did not work the lights by themselves. Upon returning to the store, the manager felt bad (Because it went from 100-200$) and Gave me 10% off. Now I am home chillin. And everytime my phone rings from a buddy. My lights flash green. If its my ex.. Well you know.. After I leave on a business trip, they go and visit the Friends of Hue lights down the street.. Im kidding. These lights are awesome.. and the Oxnard Best Buy hooked me up..

These light are great and easy to set up. The connection to wifi is fast from the smart phone. If you are not connected to the same wifi network the connection is a bit slow taking up to a minute.

These are the coolest lights ever. They are going to last forever and I can control them with my phone which is the best part. They're perfect.

The Philips Hue system is awesome. They are super fun to play with and create scenes. I never come home to a dark house and with all the cool apps it makes movies, moods and party's even better.

I use this often as I don't like to have my lights on all day or night when I am out. It especially helps with providing light for my dog.

Unlike the B30, these bulbs never buzz, even if placed on a incompatible dimmer switch. The colors are great, the apps are great.
