These things are so much fun! Works virtually right out of the box - just have to download the app. Was even able to control my first gen hues with the new hub!

These are a totally unnecessary addition to your home but once you have them you will be impressed! The colors are great, the possibilities endless, the major issue is the App - it's been updated but still not that user friendly or intuitive. There are dozens of third party apps to use but most cost money. I have not explored them but I am sure that there is much more that can be programmed with this lights.

I purchased this to add to my already established Philips Hue setup. It's an easy process to get started and very convenient. Works perfect with Google Home.

Ive been eyeing these for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger... I'm so glad I did. They're great to control via Siri/Alexa, nice to set the mood as well. I've recently added two light strips and two white lights to the collection. The white lights are great as porch lights for the front and back of my house and I have them set to come on automatically at sunset and turn off at sunrise.

This kit has everything needed to setup the hue lighting system. It was easy to add the bulbs to the system. The hue lights integrate well with Google Home.

The main pain with the whole Phillips Hue lights is the necessity of having also a hub, and is it killing about this hub is that it only accepts a wired LAN cable! For me it took a week to negotiate with my wifi provider to give me some advice how I can use the hub on their network, and of course with an extra 40$ charge to buy a WiFi extender, which can provide a LAN cable connection to your network. The next step though, was registering both the hub and the extender on the network to avoid network logins! Having all this done, what makes me sure that this is not type of 'Technology' I wanted to have was its regular disconnections once a while without any reason! However, whenever it was working, I was enjoying it.

Great invention and I honestly think anyone who buys will love it. Gets price so be careful because there no end to where you want to put colored bulbs.

used a gen 1 system for a while and upgraded to these. brighter and wider color garmut. recommended with a google home. integration is seamless.

Philips hue has performed to its expectation. Works seemlessly with my google home, Alexa and Siri. This is my second buy and will buy it again

After purchasing these lights on special (bundle with google home and chrome cast) I have little regrets. With that said I would only buy on sale not full price doesn’t seem worth it just to have the ability to change the color of your lights

I mostly use the white light but once in a while I enjoy playing with colors. Easy to set up and easy to connect to my Google Home. It's fun to play with the themes. Liked it so much I bought one as a Christmas present for a family member.

This was easy to set up to Alexa and love turning my living room lights on and off through voice commands. Want to do my whole house now.

I was able to install this myself, the instructions were easy to follow. It replaced my old dish washer with ease. It took maybe an hour.

These bulbs work great and look awesome. Love the fact you can change them to any color you want. Works great with my Google assistant.
