If you already have a Philips Hue hub, you can add these to your home quickly and easily with the same Hue app. With Hue White bulbs, you can turn on/off and controls the percentage of brightness just as you would any other Hue bulb, however you can not change the temperature or color which explains the lower price tag but it is great for rooms where you don't care about "mood lighting".

we have automated all of our lamps in the house with these bulbs. We can set everything to turn on & off when we are away or have it come on at a given time. I love the interface with Google Home & Alexa.

Fun to setup and use smart lighting and these bulbs are brighter than color hue

I am quite picky with the the temperature of lights and matching surrounding lights. These lights are very nice and blend right in with my non smart lights. The dimming feature in the bedroom is very convenient for late night reading or just watching TV with just a touch of light in the room. We set two of them to 1% so you are able to see but without feeling like lights are really on

EXCELLENT. THEY SEEM TO BE A LITTLE BIT BRIGHTER THAN THE MULTI COLOR LAMPS.

If you're into the smart home things than Philip hue is the best for that.

I already had a Philips Hub. All I had to do was put the bulb in my kid's room, search for the light using the app and 1 minute later I had the room already configured. Simple as that.

This waa my first smart light system and it was super easy to setup. I love how I can monitor and control my lights away from home. Kudos to Phillips. The only thing I wish was that the bulb be cheaper.

I used these in my porch lights. Alexia recognized them easily and so now I can turn them on and off using my voice! Not necessary but fun. Home automation is nice. Now when I am out of state I can control my lights using these bulbs.

Very easy set-up (you do need to buy the hub separately). I use alexa to control the lights and its so nice to have 4 lights turn on with just one command. I love that they dim as well which make movie nights really nice as well.

They are only white, which is exactly what I wanted. They are bright enough for what I want and using the hub and app is super simple. Connected with a google home and you are smooth sailing.

Purchased on sale and love the ease of installing the bridge and bulbs. I'm spoiled by the dim features. Can set at any % just by asking Alexa. Have had for about 6 months and am extremely happy with the purchase!

The lights install easily and work well across multiple platforms. I have an iphone, home pod, and a google home that all control the lights well. I liked the initial purchase enough I have bought 8 more in the last few months.

Purchased these bulbs to add to my existing Hue bridge. I have installed these in my dining area and can not turn them on using Alexa and can set the brightness as I please. Adding the bulbs to the bridge was a breeze.
