Downsides: - they are quite large, and barely fit in one of the fixtures I needed them for - they cannot dim like other hue bulbs, the lowest setting is still quite bright vs a more nightlight setting

It's has a warm tone to it, and is a bit larger than normal bulbs but not terrible. Nice to have a brighter bulb in the Hue system.

Miniature star

This thing is probably the brightest light I have in my house, and its color and brightness make it look like a miniature start. I have it in the kitchen as there is only one light there so I want to maximize the light I can get from the socket and this does that prefectly.

These work on bluetooth instead of wifi, but they seem more reliable than the lifx so far. They are also alot brighter as well, while being cheaper. Would forsure recommend for bedrooms and smaller living rooms
