    The bulbs themselves worked perfecr, had no problem setting them up or disconnecting. The problem I have is that you have to use your phone to keep the light settings. If you set the color or tone and use the light switch to turn them off and on the bulb will reset to its default color which is and problem if you do not always have your phone attached to your hip. I switch to LIFX, their bulbs keep the setting you choose when using the switch and the app is a lot better in my opinion.

    The Hue bulb works well in our standard lamp. It was easy to setup. Brightness is equivalent to about a 60W bulb. Light is good and I like the dimmable feature.

    As long as you only want white then it is agreed product. But if you want colored lights at all spend the extra money to get them rather then the plain white.

    I've been slowly adding Hue lights throughout my house. Very useful & convenient. Most of my Hue bulbs are color, but I like the softer white bulbs as well!
