Honestly, the only reason i bought these was because of the lightbulbs kit ive already had as well as to keep all my smart lights Under one app/control. Great add on if youve already invested on a Philips hue system, but as far as pricing and ease of use, as well as brightness, i got certain other brand in mind. Would recommend this if you already have a bridge, and lightbulb setup and planning on using this mainly as ambiance lighting. Not so much if youre looking for lightstrips for entertainment such as hone theater kind of experience.

I was using cheaper bulbs for a little, then I bought some Philips Hue. Though they are a bit expensive, and require a Hub, the quality and control are just amazing. I recently bought one of these LighStrips, and quickly bought another because of how cool they were. Easy setup, with a peel and stick tape back - but even if you decide to move them, just use some safe wall tape and it'll work just fine. I have awesome mood-lighting under my counter tops now, and with my voice I can alter the colors, or change multiple rooms using scenes. The only downside is the price. If not on sale, they are a bit costly for the size. You can expand them, but if you need to shorten them, you cut the strip, killing the rest of the lights. So if you want to fill an area, measure and prepare, and if you plan on moving them, think about the whole cutting thing... I would but more when they go on sale, for sure!

Used them as under cabinet lights. They are the brightest ones I have tried out! Got them for almost half price on a Deal of the Day and they we well worth it! Lots of colors to choose. Also purchased the hue bridge and it’s great!

Time to spice up your place with this thing. It's convenient and easy to install. The only problem is I wish they made the interconnect mechanism easier to adopt to custom lengths. Maybe have a connecter every 12 inches?

I got this on sale and it was a great value. There are basically unlimited color combinations and the controls through the app are easy. Using one of their wireless switches makes it even easier.

...But they're legitimate. Model number shows up in the Hue app as LST002 with (post-update) SW version 1.50.2_r30933. I was lucky enough to snag one when they were $35. The packaging is a white box, which is different than the other listing which comes in a black box. Either way, it's full-color and deep dimming and works just the same.

I love Hue products and these lights work well. I do feel they are overpriced for what you get though. They don’t really bend, so at best you can only arch them. I have other cheap strip lights that are more flexible.

Bought this for some uplighting and it does exactly what i wanted. I have an older Hue strip and they match pretty well. However there are some minor design changes from the old to the new. I prefer the old version but I can work with this well enough.

We use it for an ambiance light for the beam in our living room. It's great to have just the rope lights on because it bounces off the vaulted ceiling really nice, giving the whole room a really cool feel. We also look forward to using them for holiday sceneries we put on that beam.

I bought two of these one for my desk and one for my bed. I put these under both of them to add a cool effect. They were super easy to setup! The sticky tape works so well that it makes it worth the money. The length is a little short to you might want to buy the extension.

purchased 4 of these, wish they were cheaper but to get hue integration you kind of have to go with Philips brand. They are a bit bulky due to needing the wifi adapter i think built in

I love the strips as you get so many options. I already have quite a few HUE Items so no surprises there. Only complaint is that the strip is not very long and could easily be 2-3 ft longer for the price.

Everything is great about this, except for the stock adhesive tape they provide. It doesn't stick to anything including the strip itself. Plan on getting some better quality double sided tape.

I got these lights for my teenage daughters room and whenever she turns them on they light up the whole room. She doesn't have too many leds in her room at the moment but only this lights up her room.

The Hue Light Strip is the best LED light strip available for home automation systems. The strip includes both RGB LEDS as well as a White set to assist in providing a wide color range.

Now this is mine and I love it, if I had all the money a person could want I would have more of these.

The lights strips work beautifully with my hue sync box. Colors are crisp and the 3M adhesive sticks behind my tv without damaging it

These lights automatically turn on when I pull into the driveway. Great feature and easily synced up with the existing lights.

Very nice product. Although it is pricey compared to other branded but it works seemingly with my existing hue bridge.

Easy to use interface, great dimming range, but the adhesive on the back isn’t great.
