Nowhere does anyone tell you this. Had to return these that I bought to replace 2 I have with leds out. Now I have lightstrips at home that, are obeslete, and not functional. Thanks philips.

The adhesive is completely worthless and has not remained attached to either metal, wood or plastic for any of our attempted installations. You will have to replace it within a few days or weeks of installation.

A Best Buy employee recommended I purchase a set off Amazon to help connect to my older strips. Took a week to get to me and didn’t even work. Now I’m past the two week return policy. $140 down the drain.

This was a Christmas gift and customer service was not helpful at all. Insisted I return the damaged package first and after they processed it then they would send a replacement….way after Christmas! Will not shop Best Buy online again.

Broke within a Week; Tape Won’t Stick

Don’t recommend this product if you going to adhere it to a Television.
