I also don’t like that the strips are not in zones like other brands. Would be nice to have the strips light up with multiple colors at a time in different areas like other light strip brands.

I've had this happen with 2 v3 strips and 3 v4, including v4 strips that were straight out of the box and hadn't been bent at all. Philips is charging way too high of a premium for this product to have this poor of quality.

I tried to 2/3 bestbuy stores in my 30 mile radius. No luck. No one knows where I can get them either

I cut it at the correct spot but was unable to secure to the main kit. The clamp didn't seem to work to connect them. I couldn't return because I had already cut the item.

Better off buying nano leaf at 1/4 the price, same quality and it also works with HomeKit. I truly dont understsnd why Hue items are so expensive. There is nothing exclusive about them, nothing ultra premium. No justification for the insane prices. Two stars only because the product works.. Just an honest review.
