As expected the brand is solid and reliable. These are much brighter than the original Philips Hie equivalents. I used these is our dull hallway and it makes a huge difference

Hue light bulbs are great but pricey they work as expected and the whole ecosystem works well together. The price is particularly unfortunate for this kind of bulb since usually you're putting these in a recessed ceiling lights or track lighting or something where you have a bunch of them that would all need to be replaced.

The whole reason I purchased this and other smart bulbs was to control the lights in my house when Imm away since I'm a travel worker so imagine my surprise when I installed them, got the working with the app and then finding out after I left it doesn't work that way. You need to be within the house in order to control them

Wasnt happy with this specific light. I end up getting just the plain white light.

I absolutely love these lights. They set the ambiance in my living room amazing. I use the smaller bulbs in my bedroom for a better dim effect. The customization of the colors and easy set up to Alexa Echo is what ultimately sold me. And with the echo app i can control them on my phone. Turning them on for a weekend away is my favorite feature, you can set a function where they turn on automatically at sunset and shut off at your desired time.

Bulbs are great and worth the money, although uncomfortably expensive. I’ve been using these for almost 10 years now and own over 50 lights. They’ve all been amazing.
