Very useless to connect your lighting system for your Phillips Hue bulbs. Worth it if you want to integrate it to your PC with a streamdeck

Good, had to return because my apartment doesn’t support single WiFi spots and I guess the network was too congested, but I contacted support and they were able to explain it quickly. Had to return product but still have 6 Hubs running on Bluetooth.

Bought the hue system as it works with Apple's home system. I built a new garage and the outside lights were not connected to the house. for easy off on. The Hue bridge and light bulbs did the trick. Easy to install and use. No guess work at all. The Apple tie in allows me to turn on the lights when I am arriving later than expected using my phone internet connection - Nice.

The bridge is really easy to use, simple to connect and is reliable.

This is the piece that brings all of your Philips Hue Lights together. The bridge set-up is super easy, and it takes no time at all to get up an running. It quickly connects and finds all the Hue lights on your network and the companion app makes it easy to control your lights and scenes. Philips has also created an Alexa Skill to allow you to control all of these features with your voice.

You need this to use the hue lights. I did not know until after I bought the hue lights. Overall works as expected.

So, originally I got the smart things hub to operate the hue lights, because it stated it worked with hue lights, and hue lights stated they worked with smart things hub, but no matter what you do you have to have this little guy.... only unfortunate thing is that it absolutely has to be hardwired into your router permanently through ethernet cable, other than that no complaints. No bad on best buy, but something Philips could work on for sure. Smart things works wirelessly.......

Hard to use, but once dialed in worth it. Very easily controlled with the app on your phone. Still unable to register with Philips to access it anywhere other then when connected to my home network, that's probably my fault though.

I would have given this review 5-stars had the online portion not said this was a required item for the Philips - Hue Lightstrip Plus Dimmable LED Smart Light - Multicolor. The product works well, was fairly easy to set up and once everything was purchased to make the whole system work, it is a very cool setup for our teenage daughters room. She is absolutely loving the product and recommends it for anyone to spruce up your house.

Its my 2nd bridge because I am over capacity. Easy to setup and assign new lights/accesories.

Not too much to say. This is needed to control your hue products. Works as advertised. One thing of note, it's not "wifi" it's required to plug into your router which I didn't expect. I plugged it into my mesh router in the living room and works great.
