I wouldn't say this is a life changing product, but it is fun to play with. I think the color aspect is a novelty that we don't use as much anymore, but it is cool to be able to adjust to so many different colors. The kit comes with everything you need to set up a room, including the switch, which I've found more useful than I thought I would. The most useful is the ease of dimming the lights from your phone.

I used to have regular lights in my room until I discovered Phillips hue light and it has changed my room lighting preference. It’s awesome! You can change to any color you’d like. You can also control it through your smartphone/Apple Watch. Note that you need the hue brick to be connected to your router for internet access. Overall I love this product and also bought a Phillips light strip.

Very nice bundle! I have the switch by my front door and almost all my lights are hue, THe switch can turn them on or off, and google assistant can also change the colors. I love making new phrases that change the colors. Also the hue app you can make routines that don't go through any assistants either.

This is the second starter kit I’ve bought. I needed the updated hub and I wanted to try out the switch so I got this kit to add to my existing Hue lights. The switch is great. On, off, and dimmer buttons, plus keep pressing the On button to cycle through the presets... so much quicker than usin the app. Also another great feature of the switch is that it has a magnetic mount. I have mine of the fridge because it controls my kitchen. The hub is incredible too. I had the original hub so the features were limited. When I hooked this up I synced it to my PC to play games and watch movies... mind blown! Right now I’m playing Battlefield V. The extra immersion the light provide are insane. When a V2 drops and lights up the screen with a flash and flames, the lights also light up and turn orange. Simply incredible! Highly recommend.

First time for me having smart light bulbs. They work great. Easy setup and worked with my Sonos one and home app really well. This is just a little pricy for 3 bulbs. Colors are wonderful

The old addage is true that you get what you pay for. So far I’m very, very impressed with the ease of setup, the brightness, and the color options. The remote is awesome and very high quality also. The app is pretty slick as well and of course you can integrate with Alexa, Siri, etc. I did deduct a point due to the cost, which honestly has kept me away from Hue products for years. Also for the fact that downloading updates to these bulbs (and the other Hue products that I purchased) literally took me 3-4 days. It was an important update for me because it gave some specific power-on color functionality that I was looking for.

This product is awesome! These were my first attempt at a smart home. I am very pleased. They work flawlessly. Set up was easy and quick. Works with Apple Homekit. I would definitely recommend to a friend. They are expensive, but the sale eased me into this purchase. Now, I'm hooked. I will be getting more to totally equip my whole home with these lights.

Grabbed this bundle as an addition to the collection for the home light make over. What started as one light with a switch has turned into 19 of these great smart bulbs and 2 light strips from Phillips. Always nice to be patient and wait for them to go on sale. These lights are AMAZING, and make life easier, fun, and brighter everyday.

This was my first foray into the smart light world. I love them. The all color bulbs (although expensive) are my favorite. The bridge set up was quick and easy. We don’t use the manual switch much, but the set up was easy. We love being able to easily dim and change our lights through voice control on our phones and google home hub.

These lights are easy to set up, and I'm very pleased with the range of colors and the brightness control, and the fact that the lights can be sorted into groups or controlled individually. I also really like the ability to set and create themes. I was able to connect the system to my Alexa system for voice control as well. The one improvement I'd like to see is an increase in the functionality of the lights. There is a "Hue Labs" tab in the app that has some experimental capabilities for the lights, but I had assumed we could easily set the lights to so things like a rotating color wheel or music sync. And I'm not really planning to use the dimmer switch; Controlling the lights with the phone app works just fine for me. Overall I'm very happy with the lights, and I'm planning to get some of the other Phillips Hue products to complement these.

Such an easy product to setup, and the Philips Hue app guides you step-by-step. Also it integrates so quickly with Google Voice using the Hub. Now my main room, and my computer room are setup with the color lights. It is great to be able to change the mood lighting to whatever style I wish. It's a party all the time!

These lights are amazing. You can sync them up to music on your computer. You can hook them up to your compatible razer gaming keyboard and mice. These come with the 60 dollar hub needed to control these lights and a light switch that you can put onto your wall. No need for wire to the switch.

I’ve always been a fan of Philips although they are quite expensive. Saw these on sale and I had to get it. I already had a Philips bulb so I was familiar with it. Love the colors and different scenes you can create and how you can talk to Google or Alexa to operate the bulb. Highly recommend.

These bulbs are awesome. The control you get from your devices from anywhere to turn them on and off is great. Plus the color options are just cool. You can really change the mood of the room just with th lights alone, plus it allows you to dim them without a dimmer switch. Totally worth the cost of the bulbs.

This is my fifth set of Hue lights and these 3rd generation bulbs are by far the best in terms of color saturation. They are also noticeably brighter. Given the choice, I would always select these over the 1st and 2nd generation even though they are more expensive. They are worth it.

This light kit has everything you need to get started with your Smart Home lights. Easy to setup, and the colored bulbs are really nice. And the included portable dimmer is nice for the bedroom so you can turn lights on/off & dim without speaking to Alexa so you don't wake anyone when their sleeping.

These things are so cool, I now I have the dimmer switch and my entire apartment with this lights. So cool being able to change the vibe of your living space and all with your voice or phone too. I have a homepod to go with these and its flawless. Cant say anything bad about these at all.

This is the "fun" kit...colored bulbs, dimmer switch that's easy to install and the hub itself. It's nice to come home after work and be able to dim the lights and adjust them to a non glaring, peaceful color. Give it a shot...you won't be disappointed!

I am planning on purchasing another starter kit. I am very happy with my purchase and I have already recommended it to another person. I love the convenience of turning on/off the lights without getting out of my bed. The colors are amazing. Would definitely purchase again.
