Love the Hue lights. The redesigned app is easy to use and the Hue lights work with Amazon Echo and Google Hub. Highly recommended.

I wasn't sure how much these would get used, but they're better than I originally thought. I actually bought these as a Christmas gift for my parents along with an Echo & Dot, and they immediately loved them--especially my dad who's really into lights/lighting. They ended up buying several more right after. Being able to turn lights to whatever color you want whether from your voice or remotely from your phone is really cool. It's also nice being able to set a schedule for any light.

Easy to set up, and a lot of fun to use. Using the Phillips Hue color bulbs completely changed the look and feel of our home.

This deal is almost to good to be true. Go figure, the bulbs on average are $50 ea,, and there’s 3 of them, the wireless 4 position dimmer switch is $25 ea., and the hub (which is the heart of the system) is $60. You do the math. The Phillips Hue app is really very good, and the other one is callHue dynamic. Overall the system is super complete with indoor and outdoor sensors, wireless switch, outdoor fixtures, outdoor lights. In short it is a very complete lighting system.

Once you get into the Hue ecosystem, it's tough to get out! You start wondering where else you can add ambient lighting that wasn't around before. This is a good starter kit with bulbs, switch and hub. You only need one hub for all of your Hue devices unless you exceed 50+. Manually changing colors for different moods and rooms and being able to find just the right color among the 16 million available can be quite fun!

These bulbs can really change the mood of your room. Setup was easy and having all the color changing options is great.

Easy to set and use. They are very bright and included switch make the light even easier use with out a smart device

I bought this for my dad for Christmas because he LOVES colored lights. I also bought it for the fact that it connects with music and tv. HOWEVER you have to pay $80 for the app in order to do it which kind of sucks. Other than that they work great.

I absolutely love the smart bulb concept and smart lighting. As a programming I like certain lighting throughout different parts of the day and these are absolute perfect. I can control them with my Echo device and Apple HomeKit as well as have them synced to my computer and keyboard. Drawbacks: Obviously the price is steep and overpriced for what it is, once more competition comes around Phillips will be forced to drop the price to compete but for now it it what it is. Some more lighting effects would also be nice, such as the ability to sync to music and have strobes and other party effects in app. Overall: This is a steal for the price of $120, anymore and it really just depends on how much you really want to have smart lights and how your gonna use them. Currently just have them used in my room. To do the whole house would get quite pricey.

These lights are easy to set up and really add to the room. You can sync to your tv as well for further immersion.

Don’t buy these unless theyre on sale. I know they don’t like reviewers to talk pricing here, but the sales price I paid was the same price as 3 bulbs, basically meaning you get a free hub and a free switch. Picked up 3 of these sets while they were on sale. The switch, in my opinion, is a must have. Hue lighting prices are a little steep but you get what you pay for. They have worked flawlessly and I haven’t experienced any buggy behavior. Love them!

One thing you must keep in mind is that these lights do not work properly if you have a dimmer switch installed. You have to have a normal on/off light switch. Once you download the app and add the lights to the app it's very fun to play with the variety of options you have. This kit comes with everything you need to get started and gives any room a really cool look of your choosing. It's a lot better than painting your room every time you want a change.

The product setup is super simple and the lights work for every situation imaginable. Every age enjoys them.
