This rope light gives off a ton of light and covers more area than I thought. I use it as primary lighting on my porch. By winding through the garden along the porch it is out of the way and in a no traffic area while still giving off more than enough light to read a book at night in a non traditional light like purple, blue or red. If I had more space I’d have another out back.

Love this light strip. Pretty bright easy set up. Only reason not a five star is you can’t “extend it or cut it” to fit your space.

Really well made product. The fixed length of the strip itself, as well as the fixed lengths of the power cords, makes installation a potential challenge. The little clips do work well, and once installed, be prepared to get blown away. Visible even in the daytime, and crazy bright at night. Put these on the deck and couldn't be happier. Pricey, but worth it. Best Buy makes it super-easy...dont undervalue your time and just go with Best Buy.

This is a great product. I have this light strip mounted behind the sides and top of my 65" TV. When watching at night, I have all the lights off except for the light strip, and it provides really nice background lighting. As with every other Philips Hue product, this strip is fully programmable and easy to use.

I’ve always had Phillips hue light strips ever since they came out. This particular light is definitely an upgrade to the last one. Much brighter, quick response through Wi-Fi remote connection, and the lighting is much vibrant. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants some dramatic ambience to there home.

We installed this on our three season porch overhang outside. It is great! Lights up the whole deck, but can dim if we want. Will be great for parties, and having color changing themes. Now I want another one for the bottom. Installation wasn't bad, screws and clips. Then put the light strip up into the clips.

Used two of these outside under deck railing. Very bright, but also dimmable for subtle lighting. Comes with plenty of clips and screws for mounting, which you will need if you want a straight line. I spread mine out at first and had some sagging. Very easy to add more in.

I bought these light strips instead of the indoor light strips because they bend. Although these were made for outdoor lighting they were the perfect fit for our coffee bar area. Easy setup and love the different lighting colors. Highly recommended.

It’s a high-quality LED strip, but you’re what you’re paying for it you expect to be. However simply too short for any big projects and there’s no way extending it. On the other side you cant shorten it either. There is another one available that is 8 feet. So make sure your measurements are accurate.

The Phillips strip light system for outdoor use is perfect for perfectly contouring the shape of am item and not having the visible interruptions of individual LED lights in the old indoor lights. The diffused look adds a higher quality.

I am pretty new to smart lighting but I dove in to Phillips hues.. I can tell you the install and hookup with in my case GOOGLE was so easy! Mounting hardware included for these lights are very easy to install, 5/5

Disclaimer First..... Let me start by saying I consider myself an Apple HomeKit pro. To earn this title it requires a large amount of refunds and exchanges along with an enormous amount of words and phrases that would embarrass even the saltiest of sailors. Now that being said, there really are only 2 brands to consider when purchasing smart lighting.....Philips Hue and LIFX. What sets these two apart is their app development. Nobody else comes close. I own light strips from both brands and they have worked flawlessly. Both apps have very unique customization of colors, themes, and even settings for music/movies. So what pushed me to purchase the Philips Hue light strips....they were on sale at a great price.;)

My daughter used them to replace the old Christmas lights she had hanging in her bedroom. 2 sets to wrap around the whole room, with them set to 2 different colors is awesome. I'm jealous I was some in my room now :-)

Really simple to setup. Very rugged and built for outdoors. Power supplies, etc. have appropriate mounting points. Very pleased with the lights. The Hue app is the best out there for changing colors and hues easily

The is very cool. Works wonderfully. Just thought it would be longer. It’s very expensive for how much you get. If you want to outline your whole path to door you probably have to buy more than 2 which gets pricey. Other than that it is an awesome product that works beautifully.

Just like most all of the Hue products, this one does not disappoint. It looks awesome in my back yard. It is simple to install and connects to your Hue bridge just like all the other lights.

We got this light strip with the idea to pair with Alexa. This light strip works great, with many color options, and also comes with clips that you can use to install it on a wall. It works great!

Hooks up to your phone. The only thing is you have to connect it to your router. You can set a timer and change the colors with your phone and if you have 2 they can be synced together.
