Great product, but pricey

The entire ecosystem works well and integrates nicely with Google Home... "Hey Google, turn the lights on in the den". I will say I had a Philips Light Strip fail where it wouldn't fully shut off, and Phillips shipped a replacement to me w/in a few days after some phone troubleshooting. Expensive products, but great features AND support.

Good hardware, OK software, m'eh price

I wish for the price these were fully addressable LEDs, though so there would be total control over every LED; say, for example, you wanted to make the LEDs chase each other. Philips needs to sell connectors for the strip to allow it to be cut to length. The idea of cutting this and then not being able to use the cut off piece is ridiculous The Philips app, even the Gen 2 app, is lacking obvious options - such as the ability to cycle through colors - this required a third party app.
