I already have several hue bulbs and decided to buy this on a whim while it was on sale. It's been a great addition as it adds just the right amount of subtle lighting I was looking for. I love the ability to set routines in the app and I have one setup to start at sunset and slowly dim to a specified time. Will definitely be buying another when it goes on sale.

I used this strip as a backlight for my 55" TV. Pros: -Good colorful light -Compatibility with other market leading smart home devices -IFTTT setup Cons: -Adhesive backing and flexibility does not allow for adhering to uneven surfaces or following curves well. -Length was not sufficient enough to wrap a rectangle around my 55" TV to give good backlight effect on all sides (had to purchase the extension). Honestly at this length without the extension(s) I don't know what house feature this would fit on and provide adequate uniformed lighting. I suspect this is on purpose. -Value as far as size versus price is not there. If compatibility/controllability isn't an issue it would be much cheaper to buy stand alone led strip lighting.

My guests love this look. Wish it was longer. You’ll probably definitely need the extender if you have bigger TVs.

Bought several of this to put around the house as ambient lighting on the windows for Christmas. I really like it. The installation was easy, the adhesive is good, just need to press them properly so it will stick to the surface. the Hue App could be better, ie. could use some light animation.

Philips Hue is a very cool set up that you can control with your phone or tablet. My whole house has these lights that Alexa can control, I have them performing in a Lava Lamp mode to music when I jam... I can control also using IFTTT commands at https://ifttt.com/. Try it..you will like it!

Easy to put up and install. I put these above my ceiling to floor windows in my family room. Added them to my entertainment room for use with the sync box. Watching tv is pretty awesome with the addition of these

I really love these lights. They look great and work great and have all the different colors you can imagine. I bought 3 of these to use on some shelves I made for my daughters room. She loves the way they light up her shoes.

this completed my Philips hue kit at my apartment , i use the google smart hub to control everything and it works great with Philips hue i can adjust the color and brightness by talking to it.

I bought this product for my media room and really impressed with lot of color selection . I operate using the Philips Hue app and also using my Harmony universal remote . Very good product.
