You can only control these lights with an app or Smart device. This makes it extremely difficult when the app is not working or for some reason the lights are unrecognizable. Maybe after some more research I will have these lights mastered. I just didn’t realize it was going to be so much work and so finicky.

Hue bulbs are pricier than the rest, but it's like Apple with cell phones-you're buying into the more premium ecosystem. If I was doing it again I would probably have gone with a different system. Adhesive wasn't the best.

Ran the lights under my kitchen bar and behind my humidor as ambient lighting and I love how it looks. Easy set up, but you do have to buy the bridge separately.

This strip is far superior to the last strip I bought. This is brighter and the color is much brighter and richer. Now is the time to grab theee if you use Hue.

I pt a stripe of those on the head of my bed, they illuminate very well the room and also work great as reading light, without getting to 100% strength

Easy to synch, saturated colors, so bright! Makes great accent lighting without being dull or overpowering but throws excellent indirect light.

We added this to the back of our TV. Creates different lighting depending on what we watch. Also coordinated it with other Philips Hue items we have.

These are a bit expensive, but they look so darn cool. Got one for the bedroom but now I want to get more to accent other places in the house. It's fun to make scenes

These are great lights for lighting any part of the house, since you can change colors on it , can be used all through the year for various occasions.

They work great but I wish they could cycle colors not just stay one color

These are great for under counter lights. Easy to control with a phone and if you use the switch on the wall they just work like normal lights... Awesome!

I put the light strips behind my TV. It adds an awesome look to the whole living room while watching a movie or TV show. Very easy to set up and looks amazing!

I love this thing. It creates a beautiful setting in my home. Any color I want at anytime. Just took kind of long to hook up because of the bridge and app on phone.

I didn't think I needed these until I started buying them. They work great and make my life so much easier. The 3M tape on the back could be stronger and they could be a little cheaper so I try to get them on sale only.

Works like advertised and I use it all the time. Wife and kid love being able to change the colors and that they will turn on when your phone comes within proximity.

Easy install and use with stunning visuals. I use this as a backlight for my TV and with the color adjustments and dimmer it has turneded my TV into living art.

used this strip to light up the wall behind the tv and it looks good and it is controllable using alexa through philips hue and also can be added to hue entertainment room for using screen mirror of macbook to tv via apple tv

Love these lights. Added them above my kitchen cabinets. Being able to easily change the color and brightness is awesome, especially since it works with Alexa.

Installed under and over cabinets and expanded to other rooms, behind TV, etc, looks great! Only negative are products are very expensive compared to other similar products and availabilty is sketchy.

This light strip was very easy to attach to the back of my TV and integrated with the 3 bulb started pack hub very easily. It is the perfect addition to the starter kit.
