I love this thing. Just like the indoor version as far as how it works but can be placed outside.

Works well, only issue is even at lowest setting in the app, the sensitive is a bit too sensitive. I would rather that than not sensitive enough though. Easy set up, easy use.

So, I bought this so that I could set it on my front porch on Halloween. I had it set up where if someone came up with walk, the motion sensor would link to the Hue Halloween app, start playing Halloween sounds and change the lighting effects with the sound. Had a blast with this and can't wait to expand it out and see what I can come up with this year!

Works as promised. Gives several options to program your Hue lights to outside or inside motion.

Easy to install, setup and and automation. I like the fact you can use it to trigger lights inside and out.

Nice additional to try Hue lights. Also works with Apple HomeKit so you can enable automations with other manufacturers smart lights, switches, etc. I use it to turn on and off Lutron switches which control my outdoor post lights..

I have three of these installed and I plan to buy 4 more. They are aesthetically pleasing and the work very well. I was surprised at the distance it triggers. I have one installed over the walkway to the front door and it activates at around 15-20 feet. Using the Hue app accessory setup I have these turn on lights, much like the older style motion sensor lights, but with Samsung SmartThings integration I get a notification when a sensor turns on a light.

Easy to set up and reliable. Another great addition to the ever increasing arsenal of Philips Hue products.

This is a wonderful item for us as we have tenants who often come home after dark. Very useful for them!

sensor includes both brackets to mount on corner with tilt down, on flat with tilt down, and on flat no tilt. Matte surface looks like it will take paint well (many comments about wanting other colors). App sensitivity could be better but over all it is good. I took extra time to setup and position using a measuring tape and referencing the instructions to make sure the detection zone was not too high or in the wrong direction so I can avoid accidental detections.

Easy mount and setup. Works well with lights and I feel Hue system is just easy to use.

Great add on but you have to have Philips hue bulbs. I have no complaints

Smaller then what I expected, Hue should sell a Pokémon version :-) works great!
