Bought these for my game room where they looked awesome. Ended up moving them to the living room behind the TV and they look even better! Only downside is now I have to buy another pair haha. Recommendation if buying Phillips Hue lights for the first time, but the combo pack with the Bridge, you will save money.

The lights are amazing, they work just like I want them. The downside is I live 2 hours from a bestbuy and when I bought them I didn’t know I needed a hub. Long story short two weeks later got the hub and now work perfectly. Oh and don’t throw away the box you might need the number on the inside of it to pair.

This is a wonderful product for the family home. Easy to set up and install on your phone! I am a parent of a child with special needs and the therapy lights help her transition from bed time and morning routine. She loves to interact with the custom color applications! I will be incorporating them in my entire home!!!

These have been hard to find because they are always out of stock. Finally able to order online and picked up at store in 2 days. These lights exceeded my expectations and are much brighter than expected. Currently have them behind my 50 inch tv in the living room and it makes watching tv much more enjoyable. I would love another set someday.

Awesome set up. It definitely livens up the room. You will need to purchase the bridge for it to sync with your tv or you can get the little box for it to sync to your pc. Buying other things needed for it to work to its full potential may make you angry.

Don't love having to buy the Bridge to make this work wirelessly, but the quality and lighting is great and I'll be happy not to deal with a sticky LED strip that falls off the TV every few weeks. Just make sure your expectations are set to what these are; just bright standalone lights that won't sync up to the TV unless you purchase an even more expensive box to route them through. As-is they suit my needs just fine.

This kit makes for great accent lighting and can be used in a number of different ways. Only your imagination will limit how you can use these light bars to brighten your space. Works really well with Alexa, HomeKit (with hub) and took seconds to synchronize with the Hue iOS app.

These light bars look great beside a TV; they add a lot to the ambiance of a room, especially paired up with the Hue Sync Box. I've never had issues with Philips smart home products and while expensive, they just work, which is worth a lot to me.

Added these to an existing Hue set up. these are coming on daily near dusk as a welcoming home light so we don't come home to a dark house. Also sort of a burglar deterrent. Very easy to set up if you have the Hue hub. I p[laced them behind our TV for an indirect light while watching shows. I like the ability to change their color too.

These lights are awesome. I enjoy the versatility of how you can display them. They also work well with the hue sync box.

The color quality and output intensity is not quite as good as the rest of the lineup, but the form-factor is great. These are perfect for bias lights behind a TV or monitor, or as little accents in small spaces. You'd get better output and color from a couple of lightstrips or Go fixtures, but if you have a space that these are right for (I'm using them behind my monitor on my desk) and you're already invested in the hue ecosystem then you'll be satisfied.

I tested this by connecting it to my PC and the experience was amazing. However, I bought this Hue Play lights to use with my tv. For the price, I would say the experience has been underwhelming to say the least. To sync the light with your tv, you need another $230 Phillips device. The back of my over-the-fire place mounted tv is overcrowded already, and to add another dongle just the sync the lights is inconceivable.

These lights are awesome and the family loves them especially my 5 year olds twins… I use Siri on my iphone to control the system and it is easy and works great… I just went out and purchased 3 more… Highly recommended…

Great product, works well and if you use Iphone and Alexa devices. I do not use the feature where it changes colors with a screen but have tried it and it seems nice. Would be cool it it worked with tv and not just computer. Otherwise, puts off good light and works well.

puts out a decent amount of light and can either be freestanding or mounted to the back of the tv. I have mine free standing shining back towards the wall behind the tv and it sets a real nice vibe.

Very strong light bars definitely recommend if you like to add more light effects to your entertainment system. As far as the price for the bars they could make it a bit more affordable. Especially with new competitors coming out with the same ideas but as getting the light for it to be one of the first to sync with my tv videos, music sound and free mode it has been one of my favorite purchase.
