These are great for the tv or accent lighting. Absolutely love them. Price? A little expensive but I firmly believe you get what you pay for.

The items is an amazing add on to my home theater set up. Yes the item is alittle expensive, but if you can get it on sale, then it's totally worth the cost.

Hue light bars are modern and emits enough light to brighten up the space it's occupying. The color changing is a very good touch for ambiance.

Really loving this product. Mounted it behind my TV really adds a whole new experience to movie watching. Easy to use and set up as well.

Have two of these now and two color light bulbs. Love the effect of all of them but the Hue Play are great. I started with a different brand bulbs knowing I really wanted the Hue. Now I bought the Hue a much better setup. Let me save you money, buy the Hue.

Very easy to set up and perfect for our needs. I attached it to the back of our TV for some backlighting. Works well with Alexa voice control. Performs exactly as advertised.

Attached three of these to the back of my computer for a more immersive experience. I was able to sync it to whatever media I put on the screen using the hue software available for PCs.

Got several of these! Two for my tv setup and two for my PC. Both have been looking real clean, especially if you mash two colors. Its like a club but more depressing when you live with your cat!

I mounted three of these lights on the back of my television to add a little more theater to my home theater. Doing this eliminated any glare issues I had before and being able make them any color I choose is a happy bonus.

Excellent lights, high priced, but if you're in the Hue lights eco system definitely a great addition!

You get a quality product out of Phillips. The problem is the pricing. I never buy their products unless they are on sale. The competition is heating up in this area as well. There are other companies creating quality lighting products at a better price point.

Installed this light behind my TV and works Great!! It synced right up with my other Hue Lights. I only wish they would be sent two round double stick tape for each mount instead of only one. Works Great with Alexa and Google Home :)

So I ordered this online, and I guess I hadn't looked at the size specs. It was much shorter than I expected it to be. However, Phillips did a good job of projecting light out of the small area. It has some beveled sides to sit at an angle. I would probably buy this last if you're creating a smartly lit house.

I have hue bulbs, and the half moon lights as well. i feel like this bar light shines better than the portable lights. the long bar add some style to your room. it feels a little flimsy or cheap but its very light in weight. the colors are rich. Cons: -has to stay plugged in. -more than i'd like to pay.

I currently have 4 of these lights which help enhance 1 of my home theaters in my house. They can be placed in a lot off different places and have numerous methods of mounting them. They are overpriced for what they are, but if you have to have them, they’ll enhance your setup with colorful lights.

Great way to add a third light to a two pack. I really wanted another light for my larger TV setup. This was the best way to go.

I needed this for a fill light for a video podcast I was on, and this did the trick perfectly. Lets you change colors and has a decent output for a single light. Mixing and matching multiple of these would be great.

Works perfect. We have two set up behind the tv. We love how you can either select the colors or use pre-defined themes from the app. Highly recommended.

My wife and I bought this for our living room to get a nice glowing background with a indoor palm tree and looks amazingly elegant. We can set the moods by changing color in our living room.

7th light bar I’ve purchased. I started out with just a couple hooked up to the HDMI sync box to add some effects to our entertainment setup. Expanded from mounted to the back of the TV to a few feet on both sides of it which really helps light up the room effectively and accurately in terms of tracking color on the screen and placement. Added a few more on top of the kitchen cabinets for ambience and enhanced colors for holidays, game days, etc.
