I totally recommend this light dimmer/on &doff switch for those times when you do not have ur phone or tablet with you. In addition to those features, you can preset 5 diff light settings and scroll thru em by pressing on button.

Works great easy to set up makes it easy to dim your lights

Sometimes you just want to turn lights on manually. Because we keep the light switch ES for our smart bulbs in the on position all the time (so they will voice activate with our Alexa dots), we wanted an alternative way to flip lights on and off manually without interrupting their smart features. That’s where the Hue wireless switch comes in. After you connect it to the Hue smart bridge, it works perfectly, without wires and without the need to pick just one spot to put it up on a wall. Because the back is magnetic, we stick it on our fridge and use it to control our living room lights, but truly you can put it anywhere within range of your WiFi and it will work great.

My friends got me started on hue recently and this switch is the best way to control sets of lights. It's easy to set up and very reliable. Highly recommend for anyone with hue that wants a quick and "normal" way to control lights.

I can operate the lights from my phone but love having this remote, which can also operate as wall switch- easy to install on wall, and since it’s magnetic can also be used like a remote.

This switch is great for the times when u don't want to pull out your phone and load up an app to turn on your lights. The hue dimmer switch is also great when u have guest so that your connection isnt interrupted by someone flipping off your actual switch. Also, with the recent update you can now assign 5 different scenes to each dimmer switch. Great buy!

I use this with a couple of candelabra lights and two pull string lights where rewiring wasn't feasible to achieve dimming. It's reliable, and the fact the remote is detachable is just plain cool.

I'm very happy that I purchased a few of these dimmer switches. They're extremely easy to set up using the Hue App. The remotes are sturdy, sleek and appear to be well made. My best use of the remote is for a bathroom water closet whose light switches are located in a separate vanity area about 4 feet away. I placed the remote in the water closet and have the Hue Switch controlling the Hue lights in the same water closet. No wires, no electrician needed and no hassle. To Philips-the next dimmer switch should offer a replacement/retrofit option, so that existing traditional switches and plate covers can be replaced by the Hue Switch and plate.

There are times that lights won't sync with this, although it's awesome and easy to set up make sure all your lights have a stable connection to the dimmer

These things work like a charm. I got my first one about 2 years ago and not one problem, I use it with a philips bulb for extra lighting when needed.

I bought this item because I was getting tired of using my phone to turn on/off the lights. Having this item has made my life easier. It is easy to connect and it works perfect, also the battery life is great.

This is great addition to the hue system. It woks well and it is easy to pair up with the HUE bridge. You can install it on any place with the included adhesive or you on existing switch box.

I bought this for my mom to use and setting it up was easy and fast. My mom like how she can shut off and on and dim the lights. She's happy with it
