After using this product for a couple weeks, I was fairly satisfied with the results. Pros- - I was able to get four shaves in before needing to recharge. This includes legs all 4 times and bikini 4 times. I did not run out of power during any of these uses. - It shaves quickly. I was able to shave my legs and full bikini in about 5 minutes. - Easy to hold, I did not experience any cramping of my hands with use. - Easy to clean- pop off the shaver head and rinse! - feels sturdy and of good quality - easily packable for traveling - fairly quiet for an electric razor - quick charging Cons- - Does not provide a close shave. It gets the job done but it doesn't leave your skin smooth. I have used men's electric razors of different styles and have gotten a much closer shave than what this razor provides. - I could have done without the attachments - I personally don't like pink "women's" items - feels like it falls into the "pink tax" category. I've used "men's" razors with better results. Fairly good women's razor. Good for quick touch ups or on the go shaving. Does not provide a good smooth shave.

Would not suggest you buy this product. It isn't working properly. It charges then shaves one leg the stops for a while before it will start again. It didn't even last a year.

This thing is very smooth. You can tell its made with quality materials and the blades, even after being used for a few months, cut just as well as they did day 1.

I purchased this shaver for my wife so she would stop using mine. She loves it.

Wife uses instead of disposable razor now and no razor burns. She uses in shower being it’s water proof.

No improvements since the beginning of time for these shavers i guess. Disappointed. I haven't tried one in many years & it wasn't worth trying now unfortunately. Not very impressive.

This Philips Lady Shaver comes nicely packaged with lots of accessories and a nice pouch to keep everything contained. It would be ideal if the pouch was waterproof but that's not an issue. It charges with a USB cord which obviously comes with the shaver but you do have to have a USB wall charger (not an issue for most people since so standard these days). The instructions are on a folded light-weight paper which is not ideal (more on that later). The shaver seems to be high quality, and fits nicely into the hand. The design is perfect for arms, legs and private areas - seems to contour to the body very well. It came already charged which was nice and when charged up, seems to last a very long time. Shaving - all of the attachments, especially the soft glide cap, makes for an extremely gentle shave. I have sensitive skin so that was noticeable. The offset to that however, is that you don't get a really close shave and you have to go over and over the same spot multiple times when using some of the attachments. It seems to work best without any of the accessories attached and on my legs and privates. It was adequate on my underarms. The best feature of the shaver is that it can be used wet or dry. It's nice to bring it into the shower. It would have been very helpful to have had a booklet with illustrations for how and when to use each of the attachments. The paper instructions did cover that but very briefly and the format of this big piece of folded paper was cumbersome. Overall, the shaver is definitely worth using and I would recommend it. You just need to take a little more time but much better than standard disposable razors for a comfortable, gentle shave.

It does cut the hair on the leg but not close shave like a razor

I needed a replacement for my 10 year old Remington personal trimmer. At the time I purchased it, a bunch of accessories were included, but being a novice at 'self' trimming, I didn't really understand what they were for and over time lost or tossed the extra pieces. The Philips came with some accessories as well, so I tried to make sure to read all of the directions and what each piece is actually used / good for. I like that I can shave under my arms AND my actual arm hair with the Philips and the kind of grated attachment. I think you wouldn't be able to grow either very long in order for the shaver to work best, though. Too long hair will snag! I was also curious to see how it worked in the shower, and as the directions state, it's going to be best used dry. Not that it doesn't work at all in the shower, but I found it distracting to worry about whether or not the unit was getting too wet, and the hair on my legs didn't stand up that well in the water? I loved the extra exfoliating glove included in the package. And I haven't tried it yet, but I'm curious to see how the skin-stretching attachment elevates shaving my legs. I would have opted for a breathable mesh and / or darker colored fabric for the storage bag. White isn't a good choice. Good shaver so far. 2 shaves in! 😊

It does a really bad job. I wish i wouldn't have thrown away the box it came in to return it.

The Philips SatinShave Prestige Women's Electric Shaver is a great cordless hair remover with trimmer. It comes with multiple attachments that are interchangeable. I like that it can be used both wet (in the shower) or dry. I tried using it both ways and had great results. I like that the guards can be removed if you prefer a closer shave or trim. It is easy to clean and figure out how to change out the trimmer heads and/or guards. It is easy to charge with the included usb charging cord. The charge seems to last fairly long when being stored in the included travel bag. I do wish there was a charge indicator light or some way to know when the razor needs to be recharged. That would be helpful. Overall, I really like the size and weight of the razor and the ease if using it. The razor can be used on underarms and the bikini area easily. There were no irritating bumps after use and no razor burn at all. I did not try shaving my legs with this razor as I prefer using shaving cream, so I can review how it shaved legs. It is however, a great portable razor for the bikini area.

Historically I would use my husbands trimmers for my bikini area from time to time. The problem I always had with using his trimmers is that it was super easy to cut or pinch especially areas that are not flat. Especially in sensitive areas that was never fun! So far I have not had that issue with this shaver/trimmer! This trimmer comes woth several attachments and accessories along with a little carying bag. The exfoliating glove was a great addition! I tried multiple attachments and was successful using all of them. Using no attachments worked best for me. I was so nervous that i would encounter the same issues as past trimmers but i was plesently suprised. I got a nice close shave and didnt pintch or cut any sensitive areas! If you are eager to use this product- something to note is that unlike other trimmers I have gotten in the past, this one does not come pre charged. My husband was intrigued with this trimmer and decided to give it a try also- he said while he liked how gental it was, it took many more passes for him to get everything trimmed as usual. His hair is more corse which could be why it didnt trim as efficiently for him. I did not try this on my legs as I do not grow much hair on my legs and the little i do have is very blonde and fine.

The shaver is attractively packaged and comes with a number of accessories, including attachments, an exfoliating glove and a pouch to hold them all. It comes with a charging cord that must be plugged into a standard USB-A port such as on a charging block or a computer; there is no separate charger. The instructions are in what appears to be a small booklet but opens up to one large sheet with lots of small text, numbered illustrations, etc. Workable but not exactly an easy reference doc. My wife had the following comments on using it: This electric razor performs well dry shaving legs. It is easy to hold and did not irritate my skin. It has been years since I used an electric razor and after using it, remembered that they do not shave as close as a good blade. That said, this razor is easy and quick for times when getting in the shower for a perfect leg shave is not convenient. The Phillips 6000 comes with many attachments that are well explained in the extensive directions that are included. I found the directions helpful when trying to pop off the plastic combs and other attachments without breaking them (use your fingernail!). The design is comfortable to hold and the shave head is at a good angle.

The Philips Lady Electric shaver has been a great little addition to my shower routine. It charges pretty quickly and does a great job of getting hard to reach hairs in my bikini area. It does give a gentle shave and i did not have any ingrown hairs afterward. the rounded trimmer does help not pull the hair, but I did have a couple tiny spots that did pull. My Electric shaver did some with the pouch, glove and attachments for the head. It was very easy to change out the heads from the rounded trimmer to the traditional trimmer head. I felt like the glove was too rough for my sensitive skin, but it is probably perfect for other people. The charge lasts for quite a while, I have used it 6 times so far on a single charge, but I think it's almost time to re-charge. I did notice that I had to move fairly slow to get all the hair, and not have it pull. but that's a small price to pay for not having to worry about nicking yourself. I would recommend this shaver if you are looking for a versatile replacement!

Had the help of my wife to write this review. Overall she’s satisfied with the shaver. Handle isn’t overly large so it was easy to hold and position as needed. The trimmer head with the comb attachment works well for shortening an area and doesn’t trim so short that it leaves you prickly. No issues shaving the underarms. Shaving the legs it did well on longer hairs but it just didn’t seem to get all of the shorter and/or finer hairs. She also had to go a bit slower in more sensitive areas and said It does work better in the shower than dry. This shaver uses a USB cable to charge, but does not include a wall adapter. We have plenty of them so that wasn’t a big deal. After charging overnight we tracked how long it was used before needing to be recharged again and it ran for about 30-35 minutes, which is close to the advertised expectation of up to 40 minutes. You’ll just have to remember to bring the charging cord with you if you take it with you on a trip where you need to use it more than once or twice.

This shaver has a nice ergonomical design and comes with good amount of attachments. A 2 in 1 shaver and bikini trimmer, which includes 4 attachments and a travel pouch. The carrying case is nice as well. For the price it does the job. It gives you 1 hour of shave for 1 hour of charging. 1 Hour roughly equals 3 shaves. The good part about this shaver is that a quick 5 minute charge can help you if you are looking to do a quick shave. The tip of the shaver is nicely designed so that it guides the shaver well and does not create any scratches on the skin. The shaver can be used as a wet or a dry shaver. My wife prefers to use this as a wet shaver with a cream so that there is less irritation. The shaver has a battery indicator which is very useful to let the user know when to charge the shaver... The price is just right for a shaver which is a no frill simple to use shaver and functions well. For folks who want to switch from the razor and want to avoid razor burn, this is a great alternative and at a lesser cost and pays for it over a period of time

Oh man. I have all the words for this thing. I absolutely hate shaving, especially in the shower when I’m trying to get ready to go somewhere. This thing has completely saved my life because I no longer have to worry about dry shaving and it being a problem for cuts or super dry skin. I haven’t shaved my legs in literal months, probably since April before summer and used this today. WOW. My legs are so smooth, clear of any knicks or cuts, and so freakin smooth. I am incredibly impressed by this shaver. It doesn’t have actual blades but the knicker type blade in it and it worked so well. It includes a small brush to take out any hair that gets impacted as well. I tried this elsewhere and I don’t think I’ll ever use another method for down there because it was smooth and easy. This thing is a game changer and I no longer hate shaving. Every woman needs one of these because it has made my life easier and also so much less painful. I no longer have nicks and cuts in the worst places and it’s so easy to use. This thing is worth every freakin penny.
