I bought this for my husband for Father's day. It shaves very close. He said he likes it bc of the flexible head. The only downfall that he said was that the head had to be removed to attach the trimmer. With his previous razor, you just push a button and it appears. The cleaner is exceptionally quiet when in use. I am happy with this purchase.

Great electric shaver. Bluetooth may seem gimmicky but linking to the app helps maintain proper head pressure (especially on my head). I'm still unsure of the cleaning base/cycle versus brushing out manually. Overall a smooth, low irritation shave, especially compared to electric shavers from 15 years ago.

I have a tough beard and sensitive skin. For those reasons I hate to shave and usually wear a beard. COVID-19 forced me to shave so I could wear a respirator at work (I am a physician) so I bought this shaver. For the first time I can comfortably shave.

I have been impressed with this razor. It is quiet and gives an excellent shave. The charger is convenient and I like that it can also clean the shaver head periodically. I am happy to recommend this razor.

This razor is awesome. The precision trimmer is perfect for straight trimming. Rinsing the blades are a breeze, just pop the cover off, rinse and let dry. Days of shaving with a single charge.

You don’t get a razor close shave like a blade, but gets the job done. I had a lot of irritation on my neck before, I have seen it cut down to almost nothing.

This shaver has worked well for me. It comes with it's own charging and cleaning stand and it provides a close shave with little to no ingrown hairs.

Now, I don't have to think twice when I shave this little item it help me a lot on my daily busy routine. Thanks Best Buy to have such smart machine.

What will they think of next. At first I thought it was kind of Gimmicky, but decided to play along. I downloaded and Installed the app (Groom tribe which the instructions fail to mention), Answered a few questions and it connected to my Shaver, uploaded my settings\preferences. I then shaved for the first time (dry), then reviewed my app, which also keeps track of the time spent and if you are shaving correctly. If you aren’t doing it correctly the app will suggest ways to improve. You can use this shaver Dry or wet. With or without cream or Gel. I will say that this unit does very well, the app suggested more circular movements, but the amount of time I was using it was fine (1.5 minutes) In further shavings I followed the suggestions but really didn’t notice any change when done. I was impressed at how well it did. It wasn’t as close as a blade but really close. This is great for when I’m in a hurry or just need a touch up before I go out. I then tried with my cream I use, my unit is set on S for Sensitive (basically just speeds up or slows down the blade) I found that the shave was better than dry. It felt smoother and the cut was closer. I will use this feature from now on. After shaving you can run it under a faucet to clean it or used the included cleaning stand. Especially if you use it wet. Just plug in the included power and install the starter cleaner cup (don’t tip over, not spill proof) and turn it on for a thorough cleaning (replace every 30 days) I’m cheap so I will just use the faucet. To charge the shaver just plug it in, takes about 50 minute to get a full charge or 5 minutes is enough for one shave. The unit has numerous on shaver icons that light up, such as Connected Bluetooth, clean, charging, low battery, Lock to save battery, and S for sensitive and XS for extra sensitive mode. Also included is a carrying case and a precision blade for bears and side burns. I would say this is a good alternative to the Blade (although not as good in my case) it is very versatile being that you can use it wet or dry. And it will only take a minute for a full shave. I like this shaver from top to bottom, the only issue I had with it was pairing it. But was able to get it working after a few tries and a reboot. I would recommend this to friends and family.
