Their staff is helpful, and the product is reliable for the price.

It is a good reliable trimmer, just make sure you are not charging and using it at the same time. One bad thing is that it does not have an indicator for how much chage it has, specialy when recharging it, you don't know if it is fully charged or not. Otherwise, it is good for the price.

I use this as a body groomer and it works great. The battery life lasts a very long time if used only weekly, requiring a charge once every month or two.
