    Stopped working in less than 4 months. I thought the batteries just needed to be replaced, but sadly I was wrong. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. It was great while it worked, but not working after less than 4 months is absolutely ridiculous! Very frustrating and definitely not worth any amount of money. I would highly recommend finding a different brand, very disappointed that this broke.

    This is the worst trimmer ever! I shaved under my arms and it hurt for two days after. This not for delicate body parts and I will not purchase this type again.

    I had model 5100 for years and recently decided to buy new one. Unfortunately because that model was discontinued so I bought model NT5600. This model is horrible and really not good. I had no choice than return it
