I bought a cheaper similar game and got a better result. Its only advantage is the transport bag, so if you travel a lot it can be moderately useful.

Nose trimmer is good, but you feel a bit of pull and it will cause some discomfort. But the eyebrow trimmer is flat out awful... beyond needing a significant number of passes, it pulls like crazy. I did not have this issue with my previous trimmer set (also a Philips Norelco model) so am very disappointed here...

The device is only meant to cut or trim, not pull, so we recommend taking a look at this FAQ page for detailed instructions on how to use the Trimmer: [ https://philips.to/3gzLH2j ]. It's also possible that the cutting unit of the trimmer is blocked, and needs to be cleaned. Thus, we advise you to clean the nose trimmer and attachments after each use to ensure the best performance and prevent pulling. You can also lubricate the trimming head with a touch of sewing machine oil every six months. To clean the device, switch the nose trimmer on and rinse the trimming head of the device with lukewarm water. If rinsing the trimming head under the tap is not sufficient, immerse the trimming head in a glass with warm water for a few minutes. Make sure to not put the handle of the trimmer in the water, as this can damage its internal machinery. Lastly, you can also detach the nose trimmer attachment and soak this separately in water for 8 hours. Then, carefully shake off the excess water and let the trimmer air dry. We hope at least one of these tips help to prevent the hair pulling.

I didn’t realize what an inferior product this was to the one I had. It really doesn’t trim hairs well. I may have to break down and just buy another Philips Nt1150 Nose Trimmer.

Not happy with this at all And we buy a lot of product they Amazon and we have been very happy but the Norelco trimmer not up to par I need to purchase a new one
